- Over the Falls Tours, Inc. vehicles are not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own or with the help from a member of their group. If customer’s have their own wheelchair, it must be a collapsible wheelchair only. - Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Dayna is great, funny, knows her history, knows all the good spots to see, and avoids all the crowds and big lines. You shou l d ask for her by name (Dayna Eh!).
This is a great way to see a lot of cool stuff in half a day. The highlight of the trip was the Maid of the Mist boat ride. This is a must do at Niagara Falls! Our guide Dayna was very knowledgeable and it was impressive how she kept us out of the crowds and lines as much as possible. We also loved the whirlpool and floral clock and had a blast eating and shopping at The Hungry Moose where we got to do Maple Syrup tasting! It was an awesome tour!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Over the Falls Tours! We chose the Canadian Side Tour with the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour, and it ended up being one of the best parts of our Niagara Falls trip. Our day started with Eduardo picking us up directly from our hotel on the Canadian side. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, welcoming, and kept the day fun with his great sense of humor. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and local history throughout the tour. Crossing into the U.S. gave us the opportunity to experience attractions we never would have attempted on our own. The Maid of the Mist was absolutely unforgettable. There is nothing like getting up close to the falls, feeling the mist on your face, and truly appreciating the incredible power and beauty of Niagara Falls. Cave of the Winds was another highlight. Walking the wooden platforms right next to the rushing water was exhilarating and gave us an even more up-close and personal view of the falls. We also enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views from the Skylon Tower, which offered a completely different perspective and some incredible photo opportunities. Everything was well organized, and having transportation, border crossings, and the itinerary handled for us made the day completely stress-free. We were able to relax and simply enjoy the experience. If you're visiting Niagara Falls and want to see the very best of both the Canadian and U.S. sides without worrying about the logistics, I can't recommend Over the Falls Tours enough.
