Start Point: All guests must meet the tour guide OUTSIDE the Casino Niagara at 5705 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls, ON (right next to the Hard Rock Café by Casino Niagara Falls Ave. entrance only) Do NOT go to the boat without your tour guide. This tour does NOT start at the boat. Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to tour start time - tour leaves promptly at departure time.

- Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street

Guide showed up more than 30 minutes late only to spend most of the time on the phone - not much guiding at all. The walk to the boat ride was shorter than the waiting time. So this tour was definitely not worth the steep price per person, we might as well just have bought a ticket to the boat ride. The entire group / party attending this tour should at least be partially refunded..
Harman was a great tour guide! We learned a lot, and he was very kind and patient with our large group of adults and children.

He guided us through the grounds with an easygoing charm and shared whimsical bits of history you won’t find in the usual write‑ups.
