For a truly memorable visit to Niagara, take a thrilling journey down the Niagara River on an open-air jet boat. There's no better - or wetter - way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing white water of the Niagara River. You will experience what we like to call our white water playground where the Class V Devil's Hole Rapids will get you completely soaked. After that thrilling experience you will travel up the river to the farthest point in the trip where you will see the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a stretch of Class VI rapids that are unnavigable (and illegal) to pass through. This tour departs from the Canadian side, and you return to the same location.

Important Information

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.

- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

This was the best experience of the whole trip. Alexis our tour guide was awesome and Captain Charlie handled the boat with ease. Experiencinh the rapids like this was thrilling. Bring dry clothes cause you will get soaked
My 3 friends and I went today and everything was 10/10 our trip leader was Isabella and our captain was Simon. We loved it so much that as soon as we got off the boat we booked a second boat ride for later in the day. Isabella was attentive, kind and made sure everyone was ok after each wave!
This was a fun jet boat tour, outside of the fact that it absolutely poured on us the day we went. I found it comical when the operator said now if you look to your left you'll see ..... and the rain pelted us so hard in the face there was no looking at a thing! So fun was just had! We got WET, WET and more and more WET! We laughed and had so much fun! Thank you for the an awesome adventure!!!!
On our tour a young child became fearful and thus the boat had to turn around and bring him back. This did not appear to be an emergency. All other guests did not receive their return-on-investment (ROI), as their tour time was unfairly reduced / shortened from having to return to the dock and then head back out. Young children should not be permitted to ride. Operators need to disclose there is a pouch in front of each guest to secure loose belongings.
First and foremost our guide McKayla was AMAZING!!! This was our first experience at Wet Jet Boat Tours and it was so much fun! The crashing waves and getting soaked was awesome! I highly recommend this experience! We can’t wait to come back and do it again!
June 2026 We had fun time on the Niagara Jet Boat in June 2026. This was our 3rd time and each time is an adventure. There is no dry seat on this boat and we got absolutely soaked (in the best way)! Captain Nick and Chris gave us a great ride and Chris shared great tidbits of information along the way. Seeing the level 6 rapids were a highlight and highly recommend the Jet Boat for anyone looking for a fun and exciting adventure! Tips: If you are Canadian, put your phone on airplane mode to avoid getting billed US roaming charges. You need to wear footwear so plan accordingly otherwise you have to purchase sandals.
This was soooo much fun! We all went as a family. What a great experience!! I would never be opposed to going again if we are in the area.
Great time, will leave wet and happy. This is a fun family adventure, but remember to bring sandles to wear on the ride, your feet / shoes will be seating in water up to your ankles
