Afshin did a great job, he kept us together, kept us informed and kept us on time. It was super busy on Canada Day but we managed to stay ahead of it. I would recommend walking over if you're coming in from the US and just have the bus pick you up near the bridge. We drove, and parked, and traffic getting out was horrible, but that was my fault, not the tour.
Unfortunately, our experience with this tour did not expectations, and I would not use this service again. Our tour guide was not friendly and made what should have been an exciting experience feel rushed and stressful. At one point, our large group -- who had traveled a significant distance to be in Canada -- called the number provided via the company's own QR code to ask where to meet the bus, the guide's response was dismissive: *"On the right, where I told you."* This tone was consistent throughout the tour. Additionally, the guide mentioned the tip policy -- $10 per person, not included -- at least three times over the course of a four-hour tour. There were also signs on the bus mentioning a 15% tip policy, Bringing this up repeatedly felt a little aggressive. When directing us to locations, he provided only general verbal directions rather than walking the group to each spot. We also observed the guide loudly conversing with the driver throughout the ride, and the driver appeared to take and remain on a phone call for an extended period while operating the vehicle -- a safety concern worth noting. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this service.

Our tour guide was amazing. We had rainy/cloudy weather and he changed the itinerary schedule to get the most out of the tour. The sun came out by the end of the tour and we were able to see all of the sights because of his perfect timing!
Our tour guide Afshin was extremely knowledgeable throughout the tour and was very polite. Due to some morning rain there was a fog that had settled on the falls area and Afshin did his best to shuffle around the timing of each attraction to maximize visibility and overall experience for everyone on the tour.
Had a great time. Such a nice variety of activities. From. Viewing behind the falls and up close from the boat tour. Then heading up in the observation tower along with a nice drive along the river and even stoping for a maple syrup tasting. Created long lasting memories with my family.
This was a nice and easy small tour exploring the typical sites around Niagara Falls. Stopped off to the whirlpool, floral clock, a maple syrup tasting then behind the falls. Which was nice because we skipped the lines and walked right in. The boat was wild, we were right at the front and got blasted by the falls. But you can go inside and make it a relaxing trip if you want.Skylon tower was nice to see everything overhead. Our tour guide and small bus was comfortable and informative and fun, would recommend.
You get wet on that boat ride lol. Very impressive up close and personal to the falls. So beautiful.
The cost seemed a little high after seeing the prices for individual events, however, having a guide and air conditioned car was very nice.
Our group was small and therefore joined with a group coming from Toronto. Bernard our guide was very professional and kept us informed of pickup location and times. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The falls were absolutely spectacular!
