Start your day at the Table Rock Welcome Centre – collect your tickets and reserve an entry time for Journey Behind the Falls. Present the VoxCity voucher you were sent after booking and a member of staff will exchange it for a Journey Behind the Falls ticket.
Descend 125-feet into the heart of Niagara and explore the 130 year old tunnels, which today shape the world’s most iconic and visited waterfall. As you journey through the caves to the observation deck, you’ll feel the vibration of Horseshoe Falls before you can even see it!
Enjoy a visit to the iconic tower's observation deck, and take snaps from the sky-high view of the region. When you arrive, show the VoxCity voucher you were sent after booking and a member of staff will exchange it for a ticket.

Behind the Falls was a waste of money. Your wait on line to get in and out was the longest part of the experience. There is a one observation deck which shows only the side of the Falls and then there are 2 tunnels which leads to falling water that is blocked at a certain point, and that's it! I spent over a hundered for my family (3) for about a 15 min tour which was limited in sightseeing. The Skylon tower was good. It takes you over 500 feet above the Falls not 775 as the operator of the elevator expressed to us. It gives a good view of the Falls and its less money (under $70 for 3 people) I like this experience compared to the Behind the Falls.
“Behind the Falls” - the experience was less than impressive… you walk through an underground tunnel to reach a viewpoint where you approach the wall of water falling in front of you (with a safety fence between of course). The water is at least 10’ away but you feel the spray. It kind of rumbles in the tunnel! I guess I had in mind walking behind the wall of water…. Not really. The best part was standing on the observation deck & looking up next to Horseshoe Falls, which was genuinely SO impressive. We waited quite a while in line for the chance to get on the elevators down to the tunnels. It was a unique experience, something to do once. If it was just the tunnels to the viewpoint under the falls, I wouldn’t recommend it; but the view from beside the falls makes it more worthwhile. The Skylon Tower is unique, I would recommend doing it in the evening as darkness is approaching. Then you can see all the views with the lights up as well. They light the falls at 9:30, and there are fireworks at 10:00. The surrounding city is beautiful at night. If you go before dark, try looking north across Lake Ontario to see if you can find the city of Toronto on the horizon! We did & could hardly believe we could make out skyscrapers and even the CN Tower! Very cool!!!

You get what you pay for. Had significant difficulty with using VoxCity app. Wouldn't allow me to register so I couldn't access the download for the audio tour at all. Had a lot of difficulty with getting the correct voucher for the other attractions. The family in line before us had same challenges. Thankfully the staff at the Skylon Tower was very helpful. The Journey Behind the Falls was a very short experience. Very tight quarters with a lot of people. Thankfully, most humans are good, and we worked together to make the most of it

This was ok. We were confused about this we thought someone was going to meet up to guide us around but it's a self paced guide.
Systems do not co mingle. Took 30 minutes to get tickets The vox system does not work directly with the tower

The app I needed to download in order to access the the Tesla audio never worked for me, so it was a disappointment not to have it on the tour. We still enjoyed Journey Behind the Falls and the Skylon Towers

Incredible experience! It’s a must see in Niagara Falls. The views are amazing from there. Everything is organized and the waiting line is reasonable.
This is really a cool experience and we are so happy that we did it! It really gives you an idea of just how powerful the water really is!
Difficult to redeem and staff at the falls could not help. The audio tour never did work in English.
It was breathtaking to see the waterfalls. I would say though that it might be good to have a person watching the crowds. People just push each other around trying to get pictures and there was one young woman pushing a wheelchair and people were oblivious to letting her move through. I know it's the guests, but perhaps a few kind reminders to people. Other than that we loved it
