My wife and I did a private charter on the Tortuga! We went to Rick's Cafe & watched the sunset! Crew was awesome......we had a blast!
Had an amazing time with friends and our Captain went above and beyond to make the experience incredible for all of us!
Our crew was awesome. TJ went above and beyond in his service to all onboard. He was outstanding; kind and thoughtful. He made the trip delightful.
Great trip on the Sun Shine. We chartered the boat for our group of 11 and went snorkeling, swimming in the caves and to Rick's Cafe. Booking with Sharyn Blake was a breeze. She is attentive, responsive and precise with details. Crissy and her full crew could not have been more fun. They made sure everyone was safe at all times, well attended to and having the best time possible. The transfers with Michael were equally professional and enjoyable. This is our second private charter with Sharyn. We'll definitely be back for a third!!
Absolutely perfect day on the catamaran with our family. Amanda was the tour operator who communicated with us very well. Timely and friendly staff to make the day perfect. Amanda even made the invites for the rest of our family to send out to which was a great extra touch ❤️
The entire experience was amazing. We had a great time. We snorkeled and went to Rick’s Cafe. We didn’t have a lot of time at Rick’s but the waitresses were accommodating since we had time constraints, so everyone in my group of 17 was able to eat and make it back in time.
Booked this excursion for my clients, so I wasn't actually on the catamaran. However, Amanda made everything perfect for my clients. They had a wonderful time! She went above and beyond, even sent me pics of the group having fun! Excellent customer service!
My husband and I was recently invited to attend a wedding in Jamaica. The bride and groom graciously paid for a catamaran trip for their guests. The trip was booked for months in advance. A few days prior to the excursion, the couple for notified that the catamaran company overbooked and we had to take a "yacht" instead. There were 21 of us and the "yacht" was way too small to hold all of us plus the crew. There was so much wrong that happened: 1. Our driver was obnoxious. He kept trying to sell people weed. None of us were interested but he didn't want to take no for an answer. 2. Our trip was delayed on the front end. We didn't get as much time as promised. 3. Most of our party became sick because of the gas fumes. I was one that got sick and couldn't even enjoy the snorkeling. I am not a lightweight. In fact, I previously owned a boat and was use to rough water. The water was not at all rough but they left the engine running and the fumes were unbearable. 4. When we got to Rick's Cafe, we ordered drinks but then was told we had to leave immediately because the driver was ready to go. He cut us short on the backend of the trip by at least an hour. He then told the bride that we could stay but she would have to pay him more money. Very shady. Trust me, stay away from this company!
Pure lies and false accusations you paid less than half the price for what the yacht sells for, you WERE given a option, you were sent pictures of the yacht before it was confirmed yes I have those messages too.. the only time you missed was 45 mins at ricks cafe after our driver saw you all huddled at the doorway and was informed you were ready to leave ( ricks cafe was no apart of your cruise that was the drop off point, after the cruise ended, the groom even sent me a text while on the cruise, so if there was an issue at ricks he could have done the same, but he didn’t..and we were in contact daily….!! , there was nothing wrong with your cruise you got your full time 3 hours We cannot control motion sickness, you also knew before that you had guests that suffer from this as I had a message saying so We went above and beyond to help and we were never nasty once, I’ve not spoken on the phone once to the bride or groom only via text and I have every single one, none are rude or disrespectful.. The groom wanted half his money back after paying a discounted rate on the catamaran of $1600 we gave you a yacht that sells for over double that price and the bride and groom fully agreed to swap You accused our driver of trying to sell weed, he’s an older man that has been with us for years, this did not and has never happened, and I’m sure if it did you would have already mentioned this before now..!! I will speak to my attorney regarding your slander and defamation of character We didn’t ( as you quoted) BUG the bride once, the drivers are at security gate at ricks cafe, your driver came in once We even offered as a gesture of good will to provide a bus to take any guests up to Ricks cafe the next day and $150 as we tried to make up for the 45mins you claim you didn’t ask to leave on.. And instead you just wanted to write a nasty review and try and get our driver fired .. and just to point out your boarded at 2.20 as there were other boats at the dock and we had to wait our turn to pull in, you got to ricks cafe at 5.30 you did have your full time onboard you left ricks at 6pm Just curious - in less than a 7 minute drive from Royalton to Margaritaville, you accuse the driver of forcing weed onto you and wouldn’t take no for an answer, while driving and in 7 mins..of travel.. while having to drive and look out for spot from police, ok.!?!?
We were attending a destination wedding and the bride and groom booked a catamaran charter months in advance. A couple of days before the event the tour company informed the bride they had double booked and offered a “yacht” as a replacement. Despite what the tour company will claim there were no options offered. She has the communications saved. The bus picked us up at 1:20, with threats that if everyone wasn’t on time they would be left behind. We were all in the lobby at 1:10. The driver tried to sell us weed on the way to Margaritaville for our boat pickup at 2:00. We were there at 1:45. They did not start boarding us until 2:30, cutting a half hour off the tour. And they couldn’t beach the yacht like a catamaran so we had to be ferried out to the yacht by a tender. It was a nice boat, but a little crowded for 21 people. Some people had to remain in the main cabin in an enclosed space. We had a nice cruise before going to the snorkeling spot and on the downwind leg the main cabin filled up with diesel fumes. About half the party got sick from the carbon monoxide filling the main cabin. They never turned the engines off even when we were snorkeling making the snorkeler’s board the boat through the heavy fumes. So many people were sick they decided to skip the second snorkel spot at the cave and go directly to Rick’s cafe. Again, a tender from the back of the boat in all the diesel fumes with people getting sick, to the cafe. We got there around 4:45-5:00. The agreement was for the bus to pick us up at 6:45. The tour company started bugging the bride to move the time up and threatened to charge additional money if we didn’t leave early. Again, the wedding couple has all the saved texts with the agreement for times. There were no mistakes. We ended up leaving at 5:50. The tour company accused the bride of lying about the agreement despite the fact she has it all in writing. They were very nasty about it. It is my belief that the tour company did a bait and switch when they could book another party on the catamaran. They refuse to refund any monies and insisted that it was just motion sickness. I don’t think anyone would have gotten sick on an open catamaran. No place to trap diesel fumes and a more stable boat that rolls less. I would avoid this company like the plague. Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware.

We picked up our private cat charter at Margaritaville, the boat was on time and clean. The crew was amazing. Momma took care of all of us and captain Brandon was awesome. Snorkeled and visited the caves . I can’t say enough about the crew. They were all wonderful and I’d go again in a heartbeat . We all can’t wait to go back.
Glad you all had fun… thank you for your awesome review.. One Love ❤️
