A whole experience and experience
The space center is amazing . A few things people need to know, you need all day . We had gone with tour which allowed us 4 hours which isn’t enough time . There 4 trolley tours and you require tickets for 3 of them . So get them first otherwise like us you miss out
Very good experience although I was expecting a bit more out of the tours. Maybe more interactive. Nonetheless, it was interesting and educational.
The tour was great and exactly as described. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely do it again.
We were there for barely 30 minutes and they had issues with the bathrooms so they closed! We waisted half a day traveling from Galveston Island, rented a hotel room, meal and all for nothing!
Bathrooms at The Space Center facility had that issue, and we have no control over that. We are only the transportation company. On our part, you enjoyed our city tour service, and we were happy to get your ticket refunded by the NASA Space Center. Was great serving you
Nice. Got 1.5 hour of city visit, taking us round various roads, murals and a few places, worth seeing. At NASA, we had sufficient time and the guidance given by our guide was worth to follow at NASA. Overall nice experience, and and highly recommended
Expected advance reservations on tram trips - instead only one trip was still available at space center. Also need to realize that tram trips are outside so be prepared for weather.
Hi, we appreciate your message to us, but Tram tours are controlled internally by NASA and are available on a first come first serve basis. Detailed information about the tour was provided at check-in.
NASA was too crowded and the 4 hrs is just not enough. The Houston bus tour in the morning was good. The driver/ host was informative and enthusiastic.
Didn’t get to go ! We understood if not enough numbers tour gets cancelled but thought it may have been better to let us know the night before when they knew we were the only two going, especially when we arrived for our tour 30 mins before and to be told they needed a minimum of 6 people which we understand but we had replied to their seperate reminder email the night before inferring to be ready to arrive on time etc ?! Otherwise we would not have wasted money on a substantial taxi fare ! Not overly impressed too to be told that around Christmas not many tours go ahead. Recommend better and more timely communication as if we had known the night before that they was only us two booked, we were old have understood organiser cancelling !
Thank you for your message. We informed you at the time of booking and sent reservation updates a day before. Sorry for the inconvenience, we offered more tours available.
Trip was canceled and they haven’t refunded our credit card yet we ended up taking the tour on our own plus they didn’t put anything so we got there and found out then. Very aggravated our credit card hadn’t been reimbursed yet
Dear guest, You purchased your ticket through a third party, in this case, Viator. On our end, we have not received any payment from you. We look forward to serving you!
