Right choice to join the trip

Pickup and drop off on time, arrangement is good, tip to ensure we finish the space center well. The city tour covers mid town, which is nice, our driver and tour guide are professional.

Quick City Tour and Travel to NASA Space Center.

Although very quick as was advertised, the city tour was very informative. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

It was a meaningful time.

The tour of Houston was interesting, as was the NASA tour, and the guide's explanation was very good. He explained the history of Houston from its inception to the present.

NASA worth a visit but i wouldnt book through viator again

The Nasa trip was worthwhile but viator provided the wrong pick up Address in conflict with the message from the provider very confusing The city tour was not really a high point driving through masses of city buildings listening to a mon stop monologue of "huston exceptionalism" which could do with a little fact checking I also do not like a driver playing with her phoneas we drive

Operator response

To future guests: We will never understand why some travelers choose to act disrespectful and miserable while on vacation. Our staff handled this situation with professionalism and patience. That said, we have a clear policy — any guest who behaves in a rude or inappropriate manner will not be permitted to board our shuttles or participate in our tours. Guests are never allowed to yell at or speak disrespectfully to our drivers for any reason. This particular individual arrived with a poor attitude and attempted to disrupt the experience for others on tour. They even tried to challenge one of our most experienced guides, who also serves in a leadership role with the Houston tourism board. We can confidently assure everyone that no member of our team would ever be “playing on their phone” during a tour. We regret having to take time to address false claims, but we remain committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys a respectful, safe, and positive experience during their visit to Houston.

Astroville City Tour with NASA Space Center

This small group tour is excellent especially if you have limited time in Houston. Louis our tour guide/driver was seriously excellent, very knowledgeable, very accomodating and made our tour even better. He was happy to take photos of us, had information sent to us from his office for recommendations for sights and restaurants. I found the company had excellent communication confirming pick up time, place and person not once but twice during the day. The vehicle used was a lovely Mercedes van. It gave us enough time touring the city and also at the Space Center.

Best value to the Houston Space center

$80 very well spent. I appreciated not having to spend $100 on a ride share application from hotel to the Space center. Everything was on time and well organized. The guides were pleasant and helped make a cool place like NASA even more enjoyable

Brilliant experience

Terrific guide services and excellent value. Van was 5 star, they played Apollo 13 on way to the Space Centre and provided great assistance with the trams. Best part was skipping the 100+ line at the entrance thanks to our pleasant driver Ben
