This is our third time in the valley and we had a blast. Vadim recommended some adjustments to our visits, so the day would flow smoothly. It worked perfectly. Our driver was Punctual, knowledgable, very attentive. Dean recommended farmstead for lunch and we truly enjoyed it.
Please stay away from this company. Our experience was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete scam. Despite booking a wine tour for four people, we were picked up in a cramped Jeep—not the comfortable vehicle one would expect for a two-hour drive to Napa. It made for a very uncomfortable journey. We had already prepaid for visits to high-end wineries and made non-refundable lunch reservations, so canceling wasn't an option. After our credit card was charged, all communication ceased. Attempts to contact the company were futile—calls went unanswered, and the only person we ever reached was a random individual answering a personal cell phone, not a professional representative. There are many reputable wine tour companies out there. Don't fall for this one. It was unprofessional, poorly managed, and left us feeling taken advantage of.
We’d like to take a moment to clarify and be transparent. We were in contact with you both during the customization of your tour and on the day of service. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical issue, we were unable to provide the originally assigned vehicle. In response, we arranged for the nearest available option in the same category—a late-model Jeep—to ensure your day in wine country could still go forward smoothly. We extended our sincere apologies both over the phone and via email, and issued a significant discount as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we waived charges for the extra 2+ hours you went over your scheduled time, processing only the standard driver’s gratuity. Therefore, you received over $400 in concessions. We regret to hear that, despite these efforts, you remain dissatisfied. We genuinely aim to deliver memorable and enjoyable experiences, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations in this instance.
The tour operator charged my card several times after the tour without authorization. We were on time as well as paid the tip in cash. I was charged another $87.50 after the fact.
-Unfortunately , we are unable to tell who is this guest as TripAdvisor masks the name of the reviewer. -All charges are processed in accordance with our terms and conditions which are clearly outlined in bold font across all of our correspondence. -We always ask our guests to read them carefully prior to completing our credit card authorization form. You're obviously went over of your pre-paid 8 hrs tour's time. -For the safety of our clients and drivers, we use last model GPS tracking system to monitor our guest's progress in the region. -If you find some of the charges in error , you can always reach out to us and we'll be happy to review ,discuss and make necessary adjustments , if applicable. -There is no reason to instantly leave a 1-star review, if you find additional charges on your card.

Our driver Alex made our trip very enjoyable. He communicated very well with us on our drop offs and pick ups, always offered to take our photo and showed us scenic sites. He was very kind and professional.

The ride up with Kyle was informative and fun. He made a few stops on the way up to Sonoma which made the trip that much more enjoyable. Our driver was great. The wineries we chose were Silver Oak - the setting and wine hosts were top notch. Next we chose Truett . A bit more relaxed vibe with the beautiful gardens and animals. It was relaxing and very enjoyable. We had a Wonderful lunch in Healdsburg which topped the day off. We were satisfied with 2 winery tours as we didn’t feel rushed to try to get to the next one. It def made The afternoon one we all could truly enjoy Esp soaking up the beautiful landscape
Tour operator sent text to tell to us choose vineyards to visit from their form. We filled out and returned. Then, They texted us the night before departure claiming they emailed and called during week telling us to call all of the vineyards directly to make our own vineyard reservations as the $600 tour only included the ride not tastings or services. And without proof of reservations they informed us they would not be sending the van in the morning. This text gave us no time to make these reservations. They refused to discuss on phone - instead would only text. Said this is why they hate dealing with tourists. Needles to say they never sent a van and kept $100.
You didn’t want to read our emails or text messages we sent days ago . We have fully customized your itinerary and sent several text messages and follow up emails many days ago prior to your tour’s date . It is NOT our fault , it you’re irresponsible and can’t follow simple instructions and now we are finding out you are also a big Liar. We work with thousands of guests from around the world and make sure they are happy and still have amazing time at the wineries . Due to COVID19, All wineries require reservations- NO EXCEPTIONS. We customize itineraries and rigorously follow up with guests to make sure they are able to choose the tasting options they like .
San Francisco was one of the stops on our honeymoon and wanted to take a day trip to Napa. Booked this trip on Tripadvisor after seeing the reviews and comparing other companies. We - could - not - be happier! We had a wonderful time! Our driver for the day, Alex, was simply amazing and made our entire day extraordinary. Based on wineries that we wanted to hit, we contacted the company and adjusted the pick up time with no problem. Alex arrived at our hotel a few minutes early, the SUV was clean and off we went. Along the way, Alex provided us descriptions of landmarks, stories about different wineries, the winemaking process and many other insights into what we were passing. The drive flew by. After each winery, Alex was there waiting to take us to the next ones and then finally back to the hotel. He was an extremely safe driver and we had no issues whatsoever. Thank you Alex for making our honeymoon / day trip to Napa special.
My girlfriends and I had the most fantastic time on our tour. Everything was honestly even beyond expectation, and we had a fantastic experience. Great company to work with. Ver impressed.
