The architecture is a blend of Western and Chinese architectural styles. The lake, the city walls, the exhibits, the breeze, the peaceful surroundings, the view looking from the top down, the old & the new mixed together...all made a marvelous picture, and this picture will amaze you. If you are tired of the busy and noisy of city, taking a leisurely stroll around Xuanwu Lake is of great help to escape busy work and fast rhythm of life.

There is an ancient temple near Xuanwu Lake which is a must-see attraction in Nanjing City. After taking a stroll around Xuanwu Lake,we will go and visit this temple. Jiming Temple is next to Nanjing City Wall. The road in front of Jiming Temple is crowded between March and early April because of the cherry blossoms. However, the ancient temple is still worth stopping for a visit. You can see some monks, hear the chanting and appreciate the special pristine and peaceful atmosphere.
