I ended up having a solo tour instead of a group one and did have to pay an additional fee, however it was worth going that day. We got quite lucky in seeing lions (which are typically more rare to see). I also got to see zebras, rhinos, antelopes, giraffes, ostrich's, crocodiles, hippopotamus, and monkeys. The baby elephant's at the orphanage were so cute and it was fun feeding the giraffe's at the center. My guide was able to navigate things smoothly and also dropped me off to a restauraunt I really wanted to try in the area for lunch (cultiva farm). Overall a great experience.
I had a great day exploring on the safari and the guides were friendly and knowledgable. They even provided a pair of binoculars that really helped see far animals, and also see closer animals in great detail. I saw lots of rhinos, zebras, giraffes, and other animals.
Our day trip in Nairobi was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Watson. We started early at Nairobi National Park, which turned out to be the perfect decision. Within no time, we were lucky enough to spot a pride of lions resting right by the roadside, an unforgettable sight. Watson’s deep knowledge and instinct ensured we saw an incredible range of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, buffalo, both black and white rhinos, ostriches, hippos, crocodiles, and a stunning variety of birdlife. His driving was flawless, always positioning us perfectly for those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. From there, we visited the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, an experience that was as heartwarming as it was educational. Learning about the care and rehabilitation efforts for baby elephant, as well as rhinos and even zebras, was truly inspiring. Being able to get close and even pet the young ones was a special highlight. Next, Watson took us to a local market where we browsed beautiful handmade art and enjoyed a much-needed coffee break before heading to the Kobe Beads Factory. This stop was particularly meaningful, as we learned about how the workshop empowers women facing challenging circumstances. The craftsmanship was stunning, and we couldn’t resist picking up plenty of gifts to take home. Our final stop was the Giraffe Centre, where we learned about their conservation and breeding programs. Feeding and interacting with the giraffes up close was an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to end the day. Watson made sure we returned to our hotel comfortably, wrapping up a seamless and unforgettable journey. We truly can’t thank him enough for such an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nairobi!

We encountered variety of animals a long the way. And then the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage.... definitely a highlight, as it offering insight into conservation work. Finally, Watson took us to to feed giraffes at the Giraffe center, something I’ll remember for a long time. Overall, it felt like a well-balanced trip with great memories for a long time to come.
This tour gave me a great overview of Nairobi’s wildlife attractions. Nairobi National Park offered an incredible mix of animals with the city in the background. The Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage was both heartwarming and informative. The Giraffe Centre Tour added a lighter, interactive element to the day. Paul was a fantastic guide - very approachable and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and made sure we didn’t miss anything important. I appreciated how organized everything was, from pick-up to drop-off. It felt like a stress-free way to explore these iconic spots.
I joined this tour not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable days of my trip. This was more than just a tour - it felt like a meaningful experience. Starting at Nairobi National Park, we saw a surprising variety of animals so close to the city. The highlight for me was the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, where we learned about conservation efforts and watched the elephants being fed. Our experience with this tour company was a fantastic way to explore Nairobi in a single day. Visiting Nairobi National Park early in the morning gave us a chance to see rhinos, giraffes, and even lions against the city skyline - something quite unforgettable. After that, the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage visit was emotional and educational, seeing rescued baby elephants up close. The Giraffe Centre Tour added a fun and interactive touch to the day. Paul, our guide, was calm, knowledgeable, and very organized. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Everything flowed smoothly, and the itinerary felt well-balanced rather than rushed.
The service was worth it. James our tour guide was very knowledgeable and interactive and he made the trip 10 times better. We were lucky to see most of the animals and even 4/5 of the big 5 including a lioness
