Miou presents modern and regional twists on Japanese dishes. She is knowledgeable about ingredients and their use and benefits. Great hands on experience with acquired skills we have already put into practice back home in Canada. Exactly what we hoped to gain. Highly recommend this course. Miou connected directly before the day and gave great directions, even met us at the train station. Her home is modern and upscale. We had a great time talking about Japan and food. Then, she made the prep and cooking fun and informative. We learned some useful tricks, style and technique. It was a lovely and delicious time! In comparison to the 4 other cooking courses we attended, this was the best! Don’t miss out!
Glad to know that you made home safe. Thank you very much for coming and I was really moved to read this review. It encouraged me a lot to create better classes. It was such a fun time for me as well, and very nice meeting you two. Hope to keep in touch. Thank you very much! Miou Tominaga, Panda Kitchen Tokyo
