Itinerary
Your sailing cruise experience starts when you meet us directly at the sailing yacht (Note: Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service is optional and please contact the cruise operator after booking, if required). After about one hour of sailing, drop anchor in an unspoiled bay at the island of Rhenia for a swimming and snorkeling break off a golden sand beach. The refreshing turquoise salty waters are inviting you for a relaxing swim entering the clear sea by the yacht swimming ladder (pier facilities or tendering ashore are not available). Snorkeling gear is available on board for free use at your convenience. When you've had your fill of the water, enjoy a delicious lunch right on board featuring either Italian pasta with Greek flavored dressing and Greek Salad or a local Mediterranean style buffet and fresh local fruits, and a selection of complimentary house wine, beers and soft drinks.
After about two hours in Rhenia Island, go ashore at Delos, the birthplace of the Apollo according to Greek mythology, for a guided tour of the UNESCO-listed ruins of an ancient Greek trading and pilgrimage city (admission own expense). Explore the remnants of temples and marketplaces, see sacred artifacts in the museum, and hike up Mt. Kythnos for spectacular views of the island and surrounding sea. Climb back aboard the yacht in the afternoon and start the return voyage to Mykonos, where the day tour concludes by saying goodbye—in Greek style—with a farewell shot drink toast.

We had an amazing day sailing to Delos and Rhenia and exploring the amazing ruins. Our captain, Stelios was a true professional, who knew exactly how to handle the sailboat. We felt safe the entire time. His skipper Spiro made the most amazing lunch and was so attentive to all of our needs. Our guide on Delos, Alexis, was so knowledgeable and made the ruins extra special for us. We highly recommend booking this excursion.
This is an excellent tour! We have traveled to Mykonos before and toured the mainland. This tour was excellent to see Delos and then to swim and relax. What I loved is you get history and fun in the sun. The tour is excellent for anyone staying on the island and cruise passengers as the meeting point is a five minute walk from the ship. The boat ride was beautiful and fun about 50 minutes to Delos. We explored Delos for an 1.5 hours. Then set sail and anchored so we can swim, snorkel, and simply relax. The lunch we got and drinks was wonderful and plenty! The crew was knowledgeable and fun. I liked have less than 12 people so it was a small and more private tour. The price was excellent as well!
Delos was very interesting, and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The lunch was delicious and we all enjoyed the swimming/snorkeling experience off of Rhenia. The only downside was how choppy the ride back was.
The crew and guide were very professional and I really enjoyed my trip. They also played good music and probs for sailing. I recommend Sunfos Alessia if you want to have a good personal experience. They were also able to reschedule my trip because of some minor personal health issues. I really enjoyed my day.
Very nice tour. From pick up to finish of trip, all easy and smooth. Captain Stellos and Spiro did a great job with everythingon the boat. Alexis was an exceptionally knowledgeable tour guide. Good english, but also fluent with French.
We had an outstanding experience on the Guided Tour of Delos & Sail to Rhenia. Our Captain Stelios and crew member Spiro provided exceptional service. We first sailed from Tourlos to the island of Delos, where our guide Alexios gave a great 90 minute tour of the archaeological site. He was knowledgeable and kind and we saw all we wanted to see during our visit. Remember to bring ID for this add-on. They do accept cash or credit card which was convenient. After Delos, we sailed to the Rhenia where we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling while the crew prepared lunch. The homemade Greek salad and pasta were good. They also served Alpha beer and rose wine. The sailboat had the perfect number of guests for its size. We were able to get to know the other passengers which was fun as people were from all over the world. We enjoyed spending the day with our family of 4 and meeting new friends. This was one of the highlights of our time in Greece and we highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Mykonos.
Great trip!!! Capt Spiros provided a smooth sailing throughout our trip. He also cooked up a delicious lunch. Our guide, Alexis, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the ruins and was great about answering all of our questions. This trip is a great combination of history and ruins and then some relaxing time swimming, snorkeling and just chilling in the beautiful waters off Rhenia Island.
Tour guide for Delos (Nico) was excellent and we enjoyed a great swim in the Mediterranean afterwards with a great lunch. Pasta was perfect and crew looked after us well.
Nico, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions. Even the tough ones. Our small group was so much more engaged than the large 40 person tours we saw. And a big thank you to the Captain and Crew for all their assistance helping me on and off the boat. Mobility issues can be a challenge, and they worked with me to make it easy.
This was a wonderful experience. The crew were great, friendly and made the excursion fun and very enjoyable. Our guide Nick was extremely knowledgeable on Greek history, mythology, and culture. the onboard crew provided meal was very good, Greek pasta w/red sauce, Greek salad, bread and white and red wine, beer and soda. 100% worth the it.
