We joined the trip along with our 2 kids, it was amazing specially for me and my husband 😍 the kids were uncomfortable at first because of the weather and then they enjoyed it ❤️ we caught 2 fish and we went to the fish market where we put them to be cleaned and grilled as there was no grilling service at the boat. 🎣
Captain Hari is very Professional and kind, we really enjoyed fishing today.
Very bad experience specially for fishing, the boat was moving very slow inside the marina less than 2 knots while max speed was 4, and outside the captain was moving very slowly, just to waste time and save on petrol, the captain is very rude, the other guy was nicer but overall i will not do it again with them.

Once outside the marina, the boat was operating at the standard cruising speed for this type of fishing trip. I booked this yacht fishing trip for my family on Groupon. The booking title mentioned that my ticket would include "Barbecue". We fished, the staff were kind and helpful. While on the ocean, I asked when we would grill the fish. The captain said, "In 20 min we will head back to the dock." When we arrived there, I asked again, and he exclaimed, "If you wanted us to grill your fish, you should have asked while we were on the boat!" My mother and I explained that we DID ask and if our ticket included the grilling service, this should have been provided without me asking because if I bought the ticket, that means I wanted the grill service. He then hands us some fish in a bag of ice and escorts us off the dock. Feeling dismissed and defeated, I asked a dock crew member if I could speak to a supervisor or manager. He went and got a manager for me to speak to. I explained the situation to him and he told me, "I apologize but grilling is NOT ALLOWED on the yacht as it's a fire hazard." I replied, well why did they advertise this on Groupon? He said, "Sometimes they lie to get customers to buy tickets." I said, but that's false advertising! He said, "I know." Then I said, that's lying to the customer! He said, "I know and I'm sorry. But if you take your fish to any of these restaurants (points to the restaurants by the marina) and ask their chefs to prepare the fish for you, they will if they're not busy." I asked, is this the truth or are you telling me this to please me? He said, no it's true! So to humor myself, I went to two restaurants and asked if they would prepare my fish for us. They both looked stunned and told me it is not possible, as I'd predicted. I feel completely misled and disrespected. It's such a shame that we were treated this way. We did not have a good experience, unfortunately.
Thank you for your review. Your group consisted of three guests (two ladies and a child), and unfortunately none of you caught any fish during the trip. The other two groups on board caught around five fish each and chose to continue fishing rather than stop for a BBQ when asked. When you returned to the pier with no catch, our captain kindly offered you his own fish, which you accepted. It was only at that point that you requested for this fish to be grilled. However, the promotion clearly states that the BBQ applies only to fish caught by the customer and only during the trip. It does not apply to fish caught by other guests or by the captain. This is clearly mentioned in three separate sections of the offer (About This Deal, What We Offer, Fine Print). We conducted a thorough internal investigation, including reviewing call and email records. We have been operating for over 10 years with transparent communication and thousands of satisfied guests. The statements you mentioned do not reflect how we speak to customers, and it would not make sense for any manager to claim that our own advertisement is “a lie.” The comment regarding fire hazards is also incorrect, as our BBQs are done on an electric grill. All calls and emails are recorded, and UAE regulations allow us to file a formal complaint when false claims are made, supported by the evidence we hold. However, we chose not to do so because we still value your opinion as a customer and prefer to resolve matters respectfully. Our advertising accurately reflects the service offered, and we remain committed to fairness and clarity for all guests. Best Regards Management
we went on a med cruise for 14 nights in september the cabin was ok the staff very nice the food not so great.I made my feelings clear on their console where you can give reviews while you are still on board.I recieved a phone call when i was in the cabin and made a point of saying i understand they are cattering for a lot of people but so do all cruise ships and this was some of the worst food iv had,i am having to post this review on here later than i wanted to but thats because I never recieved the email tui say they send out for your reviews so it can help them improve.I GUESS THEY DONT WANT TO IMPROVE and after reading other reviews i can only say look at other cruises before you commit to a yui cruise you might pay a little bit more but you will eat well.

My husband and I went on their 35 ft yacht cruise. Started off rocky, had trouble finding the place BUT turned out great! Amazing staff and beautiful cruise!
Excellent trip and fantastic crew lead by Captain Diban. Great communication before hand, easy to find and cannot fault the service.
I bough Groupon voucher for 4h trip. The ship is clean and stable.I recommend it for loving couples and romantic sunrise drives but not for fishing tours,go with specialized fishing tours if you are passionate angler. The crew took us to wrong area where there was no fish present and kept us for 3.5h there.On our way back there were lot of other boats where fish activity was very high but they didn't want to stop for 5 minutes since our time was out. They have their route and they are not willing to deviate from that route even the fish is not there.The fishing gear available on boat is bad and don't count on it if you are into jigging or lure casting.

We also make it clear in our description that this experience is a bottom‑fishing trip, and the equipment provided on board is specifically designed for that style of fishing. Techniques such as jigging or lure casting require specialized gear, which is not part of this particular package.
