Description

Experience the magic of ‘traveling opera’ during a 2-hour operatic performance at the grand Palazzo Barbarigo-Minotto in Venice. Performed by the acclaimed Musica a Palazzo ensemble, this night of opera, song and music features world-class singers and instrumentalists performing as they move, with the audience, through the palazzo’s beautiful salons. With the singers performing feet away and the lavish rooms providing authentic backdrops, you’ll feel as if you’re part of the opera, not in the audience. A must see

Fantastic palace, built in 1500, privately owned on the Grand Canal. My grandson(17) loved his first opera here.

Cool experience

It was nice to experience an opera in Venice. We were just so tired and it was towards the end of the evening so did not get to appreciate it and follow it. Definitely buy the program so you can follow it. Wish it was a bit earlier in the evening

As beautiful as a dream.

An absolutely unforgettable performance of La Traviata by the Traveling Opera of Venice at Musica a Palazzo. I loved everything about the evening—the beautiful interior of the palazzo, the intimate atmosphere, and the extraordinary voices of the singers. The unique setting made the experience feel personal and immersive, allowing the audience to connect deeply with the music and the story. Everyone involved in the production contributed to creating a true work of art. The performers, musicians, and staff demonstrated remarkable talent, passion, and professionalism. Their dedication transformed the evening into something truly special and memorable. If you are visiting Venice and love opera, this is an experience not to be missed. A perfect blend of music, history, emotion, and artistry. Highly recommended!
