The museum is very average and generic. Unless you are a fervent fan of Pablo Escobar, the museum does not offer much for the price they ask. In any case, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about information and history.
Relly good! Very informative
Good i went with my family and it was good
I visited the museum, but it wasn't my idea. Positive: -Our guide knew his subject very well and was able to answer all the questions. -There are some interesting motor vehicles (as well as a plane) and a prison that can be taken pictures. Negative: -The entrance fee is very expensive 190,000 pesos / per adult. This is by far the most expensive activity of my entire 3-week trip to Colombia. -The museum tells the story of a criminal, but less that of the cartel he led and which is responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in Colombia (and you will not see any Colombians visiting this museum). -The museum belongs to a member of the Escobar family (nephew). It was opened thanks to the money received at the death of Pablo and one of his brothers (all of whom ran the Medellin Cartel). Advice: -If you want to learn more about the devastation of the Medellin Cartel, visit the Museum casa de la memoria (museum in memory of the victims) which tells the facts and is free.
It went amazing! You get good information about the history of Pablo Escobar!
Loved it! Another view of history and exclusive articles
We had an excellent experience, the guide was helpful and over the top informative. The experience itself is something you must witness when staying near this area. Very much worth the money.
A small museum with some objects that belonged to Pablo Escobar and a story to tell according to his family, even the guide tells us that there are several versions.
Very interesting- we toke the bus tour Worth the money - the guide explained in English ahead of time her time. The visit was 3h long. The staff are very welcoming. The crowns size was just perfect.
Extremely expensive. 35€ it is not nearly worth for half an hour a few objects that are presented. It's waived.
