Worst experience ever.. the operator never showed up. The activity was supposed to start at 8am. I was at the picking point standing in hot weather for 1 hour. Tried contacting their numbers but all switchef off.. tried contact support but the refund window was off.. Now I have escalated it to anither level to get my refund. Will Never recommend this operator.
Disappointed they didn’t show, no reason and not contacted after multiple messages. Request for refund pending and lesson learnt. Never again.

When he picked me up from my hotel and I realized I wasn’t dressed appropriately for the tour, he kindly took me back so I could change without any hesitation. Throughout the tour, Hani shared fascinating history and cultural insights about Muscat and Oman, and he patiently answered my many questions. Lunch was authentic, spicy, and tasty. What really made this experience exceptional was Hani’s willingness to go above and beyond. After the tour ended, I mentioned that I was curious about housing in Muscat, and he took the time to show me different neighborhoods around the city. He also helped me by taking me to the Qatar Airways office so I could adjust my travel arrangements and track down my lost luggage.
