Driver Ferry and guide Suma were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We got to ride a canoe at the end of the jungle ride, which was not described in the summary, but was cool. Waterfall was the icing on the cake

This tour was the absolute highlight of my Bali trip! Even though it was planned as a group acitiviy, I ended up having a private tour. Henry was a phenomenal guid! He was very friendly, helpful, and packed with knowledge about the jungle (espcially about plants and animals). He even showed me an extended path through the rainforest, let me swing on a real liana, and took me on a beautiful canoe ride across the lake. The waterfalls at the end were stunning and perfect for a cool down after our acitivities. Thank you, Henry, for this magical day, you showed me the most beautiful side of Bali!

Our guides Gus and Kari, were patient, kind, and friendly. Kari taught us a lot about local flora and fauna. We had a lovely time on the tour and highly recommend it to people looking to explore quieter areas of Bali with great natural beauty.

If on a cruise ship don’t book this tour. Initially the tour lead was helpful, amending the pick up outside the Bali area to accommodate for the cruise. The night before, after the cancellation window the guide advised the journey time is 1.45hrs each way plus the 5 hour tour. By this time it was too late to cancel as this would not give us enough time to be back for the last tender safely. They refused any refund saying it was our fault as the advised the pick up was out the area. However failed to mention the actual driving time. So we didn’t do the tour and they kept our money.

What a wonderful day with our guide Kari. Very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. This tour includes a beautiful downhill trek through a jungle to one of the twin lakes. We then toured a coffee plantation and sampled their coffees and teas. Yummy. Followed by a trip to Banyonmala twin waterfalls. A great day all around. Ask for Kari as your guide

Amazing experience- so authentic & beautiful . So lovely to get away from the busy Bali tourists & be immersed in Nature. Deta was our driver , he was very kind and allowed us to stop whenever we needed it . (He also played Taylor swift ) Puta was our tour guide - her knowledge of the local land and nature was amazing. We learned so much about the Balinese culture . The scenery was breathtaking , we hiked for about 2hours , cannoyed across the lake and went swimming in some waterfalls . A hidden gem in Bali & away from other tourist attractions- would highly recommend.
