Our driver was courteous and prompt. Safe driver and helpful in telling us where to inside the airport.
It was early morning pick up (3:30am) so they sent a cab for us. Thankfully the cab was right on time.
Thanks for they motivational message. but we expecting 5 stars :)
Excellent service , comfortable transport and friendly driver . Picked up on time . Highly recommend
Having not heard from the nominated taxi company 24 hours before we thought that we should be picked up, we contacted them. They had no knowledge of us or any of the reference numbers we had. We emailed Viator and they did sort out the transfer for that day, but why did they not have things right in the first place, causing us unnecessary stress? The taxi driver who did the transfer was excellent however.
Hi we are very disappointed to see 3 stars only. information you have shared is wrong. we sent you message one day before the pickup time to inform the pickup time. Secondly, you never contact us but your hotel manager called us with incomplete information. he was asking for the booking with reference number that is not in our record. we asked him booking method and he do not had any knowledge about this. Third, you emailed viator or not we do not have any information about this and no one from viator contacted us to solve your issue. From our side there was no issue. we informed you one day earlier as per our company rules and provided you best service
Very friendly driver and professional service. Reached on time and helped with luggage. Highly recommend.
Thanks for using King Cabs service and encouraging review.
