Fun and interesting times learning about the making of various cheeses…made the old way by hand…then onto making pizza by hand with the freshest of ingredients! Sara was a wonderful food guide along with Claudio at the pizza oven! Would definitely recommend this for an outing while in Sorrento!

What a special experience. Located not far from town center, it’s remarkable what they have for their location! Sara was so kind and showed our family (with 2 young boys) how to make 2 types of cheese. We love a good hands on learning experience! We also learned about their lemons, oranges and olives, toured the property and then enjoyed bite to eat- yum! would highly recommend to anyone going to Sorrento.
This is one of the exceptional values of Sorrento. We had an amazing time (two couples) making mozzarella and other types of cheese and enjoying them afterwards with some local wine and produce. The tour of the lemon and Orange Grove was quite interesting and our tour guide Sara was exceptional. She is the last generation of cheesemakers in her family and the passion that she shows for her work comes through. I highly recommend this tour.
