Even though it was our first time riding a mountain bike, the guide was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout the tour❤️ It was a fantastic way to explore the beautiful scenery of Whistler without feeling too intimidated. Three of us went on this tour & I would highly recommend this tour especially for new to mountain biking. Excellent e-mountain bikes & instructions before starting were very well done. Very encouraging & good instructions as we were riding. We were taken to some lookout points & able to take photos along the way. We even got to see a black bear on the trail so we turned around & went another direction. All very safe. Highly recommend this tour.
Great intro to mountain biking... we found this to be fun and a little challenging as well. Pete was very thorough and positive. Scenery was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves
Coming out to Whistler can be intimidating, specially by yourself, and although I have a past history of Mountain Biking in the last few years i really haven’t been riding. Aka out of shape! Pete listened to all of my comments and chose some wonderful trails and I really felt my confidence increased between the beginning and the end of our ride. Beautiful trails, some gorgeous vistas, he took photos and definitely helped me learn how to ride an electric mountain bike, which this was my first time doing that. It really made Mountain Biking for miles much more possible than it would’ve been otherwise. I highly recommend this ride!, Pete was very sensitive to my request s and concerns, gave me some practice skill time, and I also felt very safe. And, the equipment worked perfectly. Go ride!
We haven't ridden our bikes for over two years and have never ridden e-bikes before. Pete was great and explained everything to us and then we did little trial runs to get the feel of it before we started the actual tour. He then took us on a spectacular scenic tour, about 15km. He knows all the best spots to stop for a photo and shared all the photos with us at the end of the tour. Nothing to be afraid of at all. Saw plenty of bear poo but didn't see any bears! It was a great experience - highly recommend it.
Pete is an excellent guide. My wife was a first time e- bike user and was a bit nervous. Pete spent the time necessary to get her comfortable and she was able to enjoy the ride. Highly recommended.
Super technical explanations from Pete. Many different surfaces tried. Great is the small group size.
Pete was absolutely brilliant guide and trainer. Started with quick lesson in mountain biking then onto a fantastic trip around the mountain that was highlight of our trip to whistler. Would highly recommend
