Itinerary
We will pick you up at your place at 8h in the morning. We are moving to the south of Medellin to a coffee region full of mountains. During the ride we will give you a banana and the ride there it is about 50 minutes.
In this little town we will stop to drink a delicious coffee, eat a local energy snack and get prepared to start the bike mountain experience with all the indications of security.
The entire tour is in a forgotten road in the montains, in which 100 years ago, was the railway that transport all the coffee of this coffee region to Medellin. The tour go through coffee farms, waterfalls, forgotten bridges and amazing view points. We go from a town called Camilo C to the town called Palomos. In the middle of the route, the guide provide typical food, beer in front of a waterfall where the travelers can refresh themselves to continue the tour. Almost all the road is going down and flats tracks so if a person can ride a bike, can do this experience. At the end of the ride where we arrived to Los Palomos, the guide provides ice cream to enjoy in the way back to Medellin.

Excellent experience 100% recommended, for anyone who likes adventure and being in contact with wonderful landscapes, a great experience, also, the guides Felipe and Camilo, make the trip a very good experience and very entertaining, it is an adventure worth doing, knowing wonderful places with good company is the best, thank you very much, boys.
Started with a drive to a neighboring city. The supplied mountain bikes were great. During the biking there was a stop to get drinks and visit a waterfall. Lunch was had immediately after. Overall a good experience
Very friendly guides, nice path through galleries and bridges. Small hike to a waterfall, nice breakfast served by a nice elderly woman. Very big and tasty lunch. Be awere: you should not be afraid of heights!

Biking in the mountains on an abandoned rail path was the highlight of my trip to Medellin. Absolutely loved it. Going through tunnels, over old bridges, small communities, learning about the history, practicing my español 😁.. Juan was more a buddy than guide.

This is by far one of my best bike tours i’ve ever done. As an enthusiast cyclist i bike pretty much everywhere i go but this trail was just fantastic! We went on an old railroad track going through tunnels and abandoned bridges on the south skirts of the city. Beautiful scenery and a taste of what real life is like in this area as you pass by people houses, domestic animals of all kinds and small businesses just going about their days. Juan Jose my guide was great and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and an overall good Paisa to ride with!!
