Mount Batur Sunrise Tour

Amazing trip with friendly people!! Our driver Arta is very responsible and kind!! He came to pick us up in the hotel all the way from the west of Bali to ubud! And Jerry as our tour guide is so considerate that I feel extremely safe!!!! 5 stars for the whole experience!!!!

A busy summit but our guide Kuas made sure we had a great experience. His energy on the climb and summit was infectious!

Yus and Komang were very helpful and considerate during out trip. Picked us up directly from our villa right on time, brought us to our hiking starting point- provided us with water, hiking stick and headlamp. Although the hike was a bit challenging, Yus was patient with us- we made many frequent stops. At the top he found us the perfect seat, jist before sunrise, so we were able to enjoy the stars as well. My wife and I enjoyed the sunrise and then enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of a warm drink (hot chocolate, tea or coffee), steamed banana sandwich, soft boiled eggs, bananas and a chocolate bar. Afterwards Yus took many pictures of the two of us, and showed us more viewpoints before we began our decent down. Really recommend doing this activity and asking for Yus. Overall, one of our best experiences in Ubud!

It was a really great experience. The way to go up by foot was a little bit difficult but our guide Wira helped us and he was really kind. It worth it, it can’t be describe by words.

Rudi is really kind and helpful, he stopped for a coffee plantation when giving me a ride back to my hotel.

This was a very rewarding experience. It isn’t easy but the view at the summit of an out of this world. Gede was a kind, patient, and diligent driver. He got to our hotel on time and got us to our base camp quicker than most other groups. Ris was a very knowledgeable and experienced trekking guide. She constantly checked up on us and ensured we were supported through the entire trek. I would highly recommend them and this travel company for your Batur Hike excursion.

Me and my sister both loved our trip to Mount Batur. Our guide Yus was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on how to get the most out of our experience, he’s also a great photographer! Thoroughly recommend this tour it’s been a standout highlight to out holiday

We had an amazing experience with this trip. Yus, our guide, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, always made sure we were safe and communicated with us constantly. Mind you the hike was a little trickier than we had expected. Wear shoes with good grip and ensure your fitness is up for it haha. Even though there was cloud and we didn’t see the sunrise I would still rate this experience 10/10. Thank you Yus!!

At 3:15 am we were picked up by our driver, Rudi. Because we didn't have anything to eat, he brought us some bread. Thanks a lot Rudy, that was really kind. Then we met our guide, Kuas. Kuas showed us the way up to the top of Mount Batur. He was really kind and took good care of us. He showed us how you cook and eggs with the steal of the volcano, made hot chocolate milk and prepared bread with warm banana. It was delicious. The weather we could not controle. There where too much clouds so we couldn't see the sunrise. But is was a no nice experience. Greetings from Kate, David, Noor and Thobe

Thanks to our guide Wira and driver Sarwa. We took a private tour with transfer and springs. Firstly we were taken from out hotel in Ubud and drove to Batur area. We met our guide, he gave us water, flashlights and poles, then we started ascending. It was actually pretty hard, we did not take any jeep or motorbike help, did all by ourselves. It took us 1.5 hours to make it to the top. It was really cold out there, we did bring some warm clothes, but it were not enough, so we rented a blanket. Guide made us banana sandwiches and hot tea/coffee for my girlfriend. Then we waited for the sunrise. After descending we were driven to the hot spings, spent there 1.5 hours, it was really great. Also we visited coffee plantation, where Luwaks were not in the cages like in some other places. Overall it was great, I recommend it to everyone to at least once do it in your lifetime.
