Pickup is available between 02:30 - 03:30 AM, depending on your location. We provide free pickup from major tourist areas, including Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. For locations outside these areas, an additional charge may apply. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth departure.

This was the best thing that we did when we are in Bali....despite the early start. Our jeep driver (Tay, I think) was really friendly and we felt safe the whole time. The added bonus of all the photos he took was fab as it is so rear that we get family photos. I would recommend this to anyone

Getting up before dawn was completely worth it. Watching the sunrise from Mount Batur was an unforgettable experience, and the Jeep ride through the black lava fields was both fun and scenic. Finishing the tour with a relaxing soak in the hot springs and a visit to the beautiful waterfall made it a perfect day. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the entire trip enjoyable.
