Itinerary
Enjoy an hour of free time to refresh yourself at the famous Kravica Waterfalls. Created by the Trebizat river, the falls consist of 20 waterfalls which are up to 25 meters tall. Feel free to take a short swim or simply enjoy the nature at one of the local cafes.
The next stop on the tour is the medieval village of Pocitelj. Dating back to the 14th century, Pocitelj was occupied by many different empires and kingdoms, including the kingdom of Bosnia, Hungary and the Ottoman Empire. Stretch you legs for 30 minutes in the charming village, explore the narrow streets and climb up the tower for some of the best views of the Neretva river.
Mostar is final and main attraction of the day. Take up to 3 hours to explore the medieval Ottoman Old Town. The winding cobble-stone streets contain many attractions such as the Kajtaz House and Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. The Old Bridge, around which the city was founded, lies at the center of the Old Town. The Old Bridge is one the regions most significant attractions and is under UNESCO protection. Make sure to indulge in the local cuisine, as the prices in Mostar are significantly lower than Dubrovnik.

A must do trip, very well organised and very well managed, Tina was great and knew her stuff. Suggest you do not do the group lunch, we did our own on the other side of the Mostar bridge, can't recall the name of the place but it was very good, early morning start but well worth it.
It was a great tour and amazing location. The tour guy & driver were very nice and professional. The bus comfort was not the best, seats were reclined and couldn’t be reset or set straight (making it very uncomfortable for some of the 58 passengers.
The cultural insight given to us on the bus was great. It would’ve been nice if they gave a few minutes of that in each stop. The drop off was very inconvenient and they left everyone far outside of their original pick up points. There was a lot of pressure and awkwardness to go into a specific restaurant when entering Mostar. Other than that, it was great. The seats in the bus were very uncomfortable.
It is really a budget option if you would like to replace your coach journey by a van of 8. Although there are only few attractions in Herzegovina, but the trip has already included Kravice Waterfall and Počitelj Citadel (quite sure it is difficult to travel on our own) in the morning. One hour in Počitelj Citadel is really nice, but the schedule is a little bit tight because it takes 15mins each to go to the top and go back. 1.5 hr in Kravice Waterfall is somehow a little bit long but a nice place to visit. The driver is nice and on-time. I would recommend it if anyone wanna travel Mostar.
We were dropped off on the side of a 4 lane highway, in the dark, a half an hour from our pick up spot. We were not given directions as to how to get back to our pick up stop. It was frightening. We w were only given 2 hours in Mostar (not the 3 hours, as advertised) and lunch absorbed most of that 2 hour time period.
The trip was well planned, everything happened on time. However, I didn't enjoy the itinerary that much. It was not worthy the total of 6 hours in the bus while going and coming back to Dubrovnik. The waterfalls are the best thing in the trip in my opinion. I was disappointed with Mostar, not much to do but the food was good. I would recommend a Kotor day trip over this one. But as I said, the service itself was good.
We had such a fun day. The host, Charlie is fun, informative and personable. He very considerate in making sure everyone was back on the bus before leaving (even when they were 15 minutes late)! We wish there was more time available at the falls. It was a great day.
Thank you to Zak out guide for the day, he worked hard all day and gave us lots of information on the areas we visited. It's a long day but worth it if you want to experience Mostar. Zak took us to a restaurant in Mostar which was very reasonable and great portion size. The waterfalls at Kravica are very pretty but spoiled by all the restaurants and bars. It was extremely busy , and quite a climb down the steps in 35 degree heat.
An amazing trip to Bosnia-Herzigovina! The day started early with a pick up at 7am from a near by bus stop. During the two hour drive to Bosnia, the tour guide went through some of Croatias and Bosnias history and provided an insight into the days events. Before entering Bosnia, all passports of the passengers were checked and stamped. However, it is important to be at the pick up spot on time, one individual from the group was late by 10 minutes which delayed us by an hour at the boarder! The Kravica waterfalls were amazing ! The water was refreshing and there was plenty of opportunity to take pictures and videos. Visiting Pocitelj gave the opportunity to buy souvenirs, fresh fruits and visit a mosque. Finally, visiting Mostar for the final two hours of the day was interesting. We were directed to the old town where you could have a meal, souvenirs can be bought, and Mostars bridge could be seen. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip!
