Mornington Peninsula Winery, Beer and Spirits Tour

Description
Explore the Mornington wine region with our laid back, casual, fun and social approach to winery tours. We are the only public group tour of the Mornington Peninsula that picks up both in Melbourne CBD and the Mornington Region. We put an emphasise on socialising from the start and making the bus drive one of the best parts, ensuring everyone feels comfortable with everyone and getting a playlist started which everyone can add to. More importantly we realise there are just so many places you can visit out here, so we have perfectly structured an itinerary to give you choice throughout the day. If you want nothing but wine all day, you will get that. If you want to mix it up with some breweries or distilleries then you can get that. Everything is possible on our flexible, laid back tour. To keep it simple, we will provide 4 tastings at 4 venues. lunch is at your own expense and you'll have choice of 3 venues you can eat. Of the 4 venues, 2 of them are spots where we will offer choices

Itinerary
We often start the tour by going here as it's the closest winery to Melbourne within this region. You'll try 5 wines in this intimate and under-rated winery and restaurant.
Distant ocean views in the background. Incredible wines and arguably the most reputable wine-maker in the region. This place is pure class.
You will have a choice on where you stop for lunch. This is our most popular option normally as often people have heard about it. Great wines, great pizzas, pastas and all sorts of fun stuff. Scenic outside and inside dining. We often end the day here with a tasting.
You can choose to have lunch here which is great if you have dinner plans as most of their dishes are quite light. A lot of Tapas/sharing styled dishes/grazing plates, with amazing wine and a really wholesome vibe.
We often come here for lunch at your own expense in the event that dates were too busy to go to the other venues. This is a VERY popular brewery and recently won awards for best pub in the country. Amazing vibe here with live music, great seating options and the best food you have ever tried at a pub. This isn't your typical basic food, there is something fro everyone here and they also have wines, ciders, cocktails. Something for everybody here!
We 100% come here every tour, generally after lunch. Ocean views, elegant wine, an artist sculpture walk that outlooks the ocean. This place is very popular and for good reason! We offer people either a tasting or a drink of choice here.
The best part of the day is the final spot, as you have a choice on where to go as they are all walking distance from each other. This rum place is a local favourite and is well known to make some incredible rum. You'd have a proper 30 minute tasting, trying 4-5 different rums with time afterwards to enjoy a drink at your own expense.
Next door to Jimmy rums, this place is a pretty stock standard brewery, with some great beers, great food and a great little vibe on weekends.
Walking distance from Jimmy Rums, this place will also provide a tasting paddle of 4 of their best gins. Time afterwards to enjoy drinks at your own expense, before we head off.
We will only come here INSTEAD of PT LEO or Port Phillip Estate. This is a very "Only if everyone agrees to it"This cute and rustic cafe is a very popular spot, particular for couples and families. They sell amazing pastry and bakery goodies, but also have a more solid menu to choose from. They also sell extra things on the side like honey, candles etc...
We will take a scenic route to end the day where we will stop for you to take photos. You'll see the city skyline int eh distance over the ocean between Melbourne and the Mornington region. Truly amazing!
Honourable mention here, We occasionally come here if we went to St Andrews brewery for lunch. Flavoured Vodka paddles at this new and small local business. You will have soda to mix with it as well.
Tastings are occasionally included here on our tour, but depends on group size so we don't promise it. We really only come here if someone has emailed us through the week requesting it. If the group is larger than 8, then its not possible.

We recently had a wine tour to Mornington Peninsula with Tee Pee tours. Andrew was efficient in his communication to me about the booking and the day itself was fantastic. Our driver Matthew was great and our visits to the wineries was fantastic. We had lunch at Montalto and ended up with a round of drinks at Jetty Road Brewery (wish we could have stayed longer). Pick up & drop off was opposite our hotel which was very convenient (Hotel Windsor). Our second time with these guys and will definitely book on our trip next year.
Thanks so much Julie!! Glad you have you again on our newest tour! Andrew @ Teepee Tours
Great trip . Fantastic wineries with a brewery thrown in at end of. Matt was an excellent host/driver and I would do it all again today if I had time.
Highly recommend - very well organised by Teepee Tours. We went to 2 wineries which were great, 1 Gin tasting and a chocolate tasting.. Great variety
Great tour. Great choice of wineries. The pace of the tour was excellent, very relaxing and enjoyable. Peter, the driver and tour guide was absolutely highlight of the complete tour. Very relaxed, friendly and generally very cool guy who made this trip stressless and enjoyable. Well done and thanks for great experience.
It was a 10/10 experience. I would recommend and would definitelly go again. Peter, our guide and driver was helpfull, knowledgeable, funny and on top of everything. Selection of wineries was good.
Great fun. Todd was such a great host. Would definitely do this tour again! Food and wine was excellent. Great tastings. Venues were excellent. A lot options.
Matt’s knowledge of the region, relaxed energy, and seamless organisation made the day feel effortless. Each winery was thoughtfully chosen, offering a great mix of boutique and well-known spots, with plenty of opportunities to taste, learn, and unwind. The transport was comfortable, the pacing was perfect, and Matt’s genuine passion for the area made it all the more enjoyable. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just after a fun, curated day out in nature, this tour is a must. Highly recommend booking through Matt – he’s a legend!
What an awesome way to have a Hen's Day out!!! Everyone had such a wonderful time, it was super chill and included some delicious drinks and food at Myrtaceae Winery, T'Gallant, St Andrews Brewery and Penni Avenue. Alex was an incredible driver and had us pumping tunes all day to keep the vibe going. Would highly recommend for any group that wants a fun day out.
