Very very worst customer experience with store manager and staff i forget to pay 3 aed item by my own mind i left the store later on they came to me and saying i stole it i explain them i forget to pay due to my personal issue i appologise still they treat me like a theif for just 3 aed really embressing and very non professional staff in this kind of situation how to handle and asking for nationality before investigate its mean base on races they react.
I was in Dubai for only two days and have always wanted to do a quad through the desert. I was only one so I joined another family. I booked online and messaged them through WhatsApp to confirm pick up, they never replied until 10pm the night before for a 815am pick up. First they do the typical stop at a store to buy stuff you don’t actually need. Unfortunately they made me do the other families tour which was a camel ride (basically just sitting and taking a picture) and then 30 min in a small fenced in dirt area with trash all around on a quad. I honestly thought it was just a practice area. By the time I figured out they put me on the wrong tour, it was too late. I am so devastated, it’s just a scam and they know how to take pictures to make it look like you are in a desert, but it’s just a truck stop off the side of the road. I’m actually embarrassed I fell for this and it was so expensive. NEVER book through this site, you will be so disappointed. This is the first negative review I have ever done, I’ve worked for an airline for 14 years and have done countless tours. This is my last.
Just arrived back from our morning sand dunes trip! It was amazing! Highly recommend. Staff were very informative prior to the trip. No problems with pick up and drop off! Sand bashing was incredible! Slightly scary but the driver was very experienced and made in very enjoyable!

We were a group of 3 ladies, we were made extremely comfortable my Hussein, he made sure that we are comfortable throughout the trip and attended to all of our needs. I highly recommend him if a group of ladies wants to go desert safari. Hussain has a great control over the car while we were doing the dome bashing. It was really amazing. If you are thinking about taking a desert Safari look no further you found the right guy.
