Sunrise at Moraine Lake is absolutely beautiful! Lake Louise was breathtaking. Brooke was great and we enjoyed the tour a lot!

We were forced to change our pickup time 48 hours before with no other option except to cancel or change the day. With only 3 days in Banff we couldn't change the day, so we were forced to rearrange our schedule to accommodate.

Occasionally, we need to consolidate departures that don't meet minimum participation numbers. Rather than cancelling your booking, we contacted you in advance to discuss an alternative departure, which was confirmed before any changes were made. We appreciate that this still required you to adjust your itinerary, and we understand that this was disappointing. As the revised arrangements were confirmed with you before the tour, we were only made aware of your dissatisfaction after your experience had concluded, when you contacted us to request a refund. After carefully reviewing the booking and our communications, we were unfortunately unable to approve the refund requested given that the offer to adjust the pickup was ultimately accepted prior to your tour date. We're pleased you were still able to visit Moraine Lake and also appreciate your feedback regarding how we communicate these situations. We LOVED this tour! Austin was AMAZING! Highly recommend. You would be so lucky to get him as your guide. He was funny, so knowledgeable, and just made the trip so enjoyable. 1000 points ;)

We actually caught a beautiful sunrise! It was a little dicey because of the cloud coverage, but we got our “golden” moment. Thanks to Brooke, our driver and guide.

Good tour albeit a little pricey. Tristan was an amazing guide. Very knowledgable about the geography and history of the area, with fun facts and stories to share. We did the Lake Moraine and Lake Louise sunrise tour which started very early but everything was well organized and on time. It was rainy and a little cold so a later in the day tour might have been better, but Tristan was well prepared with extra ponchos and hot chocolate for the group.
Thanks for the feedback! The weather can be unpredictable in the Rockies but it's always worth the trip and glad the hot chocolate sweetened the experience.
