Pickup Locations & Times
We offer pickup from downtown Calgary hotels and selected locations within the service area. Pickup times will be confirmed the day before the tour. Travelers staying outside the pickup zone will be provided with a convenient central meeting point. Please be ready at your pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

It was a great experience. It felt really safe even under the rain, the washroom breaks were good enough and the lake views were beautiful.
Our family summer trip to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Banff was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The turquoise water surrounded by majestic mountains was absolutely mesmerizing. Every view was breathtaking, and no matter how long we looked, it never felt like enough. We will definitely be coming back. Yes it looks just like in Social Media. Taking the shuttle with Elevation Charters was the best decision we made. Mr. B. was our shuttle driver he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly with both adults and kids, and never rushed us at any stop. Water, juice, and snacks were provided, which made the trip even more comfortable especially for the kids. We didn’t have to worry about carrying extra water or dealing with parking, all admission was included with tour package, just like hop on hop off. Highly recommend Elevation Charters and Mr. B. if you want a relaxing, well-organized, and memorable Canadian Rockies adventure!
Elevation gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The team was super friendly, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, this was the best tour I’ve ever been on. Everything was so well organized, and the whole experience totally exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend Elevation to anyone looking for an amazing adventure!
We had a wonderful time on this tour with our family and some close friends. Elevation Charters did a fantastic job from start to finish. They are incredibly nice people, completely professional, and made sure our entire group was comfortable and happy throughout the day. Getting to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without having to worry about driving or parking was a huge plus. Our guide was exceptional. He was so accommodating, helpful and patient with us considering we have a 6 month old baby. He always told us to take our time and that he can wait. He also helped us a lot with our stroller and was very kind to give snacks and drinks. We truly had a wonderful first experience in the rockies.

What an easy, hassle free way to explore Banff. We definitely did not feel FOMO, we had the chance and given the opportunity to explore all the key places without pressure or a sense of being forced into a tight schedule. We accompliahed so much in one day! The ride was comfortable and smooth, we felt well guided and still had lots of freedom. Pick up location in Canmore extemely convenient. PROTIP: Come early to find a parking spot. The tour team is responsive and easy to talk to. They were very accomodating and even helped us find solutions. Our tour guide Baris was amazing! Reminds me of when our dad would take us on trips, he knows where to go, where to park, what to do, and where we can eat. He is friendly and i would recommend again and again. I will definitely take this tour again if the opportunity arises! 100% highly recommend.

I have visited Moraine Lake and Lake Louise before, but they looked even more beautiful today. The turquoise water was so bright and stunning. It was also my first time visiting Johnston Canyon, and I really enjoyed it. The driver and host were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was well organized and stress-free.
