Pickup Locations & Times
Hotel Pickup For hotel pickups, the chauffeur will meet the clients at the main entrance of the hotel. A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included to allow passengers sufficient time to arrive at the vehicle. Airport Pickup via Curbside Pickup: For curbside service, the chauffeur will contact the phone number on file upon arrival and provide instructions for the most convenient pickup location. At Montréal–Trudeau Airport, the pickup location is typically at Door 7, unless otherwise instructed. A complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is included for all airport pickups to allow passengers time to clear customs and collect their luggage. Additional Waiting Time Any waiting time exceeding the complimentary period will be billed charged to the passenger.

We traveled to Montreal today from Boston as a party of 4 with elderly parents. We had Mr. Andrea Ricci pick us up at the airport and he was friendly, helpful and made our trip easy.
