Enjoy 1.5 hours wine tasting experience in an historical cellar in the heart of Montepulciano. Together with an expert sommelier, discover the cellar’s underground of XVI century characterized by vaults and tunnels attributed of Etruscan civilization. Listen the history of this ancient cellar as well as the explanation of the methods and techniques of the wine production. During this journey follows a unique tradition in high quality wine production. Furthermore, discover private collection of old wine bottles tunnel and be amazed by the Etruscan tomb located in the cellar. Then, take part to an exclusive wine tasting experience combined to regional products. A sample of four local wines will be served with bread with a plate of local products. During this experience, you will taste four of the most important wines made in Montepulciano and known all around the world while a professional sommelier will explain you in depth the particularity of those Italian excellencies.

The winery and cellar are super cool. Loved learning about the history and the process to make the wine. Our guide was passionate and informative and the wines were delicious! Overall a great, easy experience.

This was a very informative tour with a friendly guide very knowledgeable in local winemaking and history, and the current trends of the wine industry. The wine tasting was a lesson in wine appreciation, with generous sampling and delicious snack plate. We were a group of strangers who bonded during this memorable experience.
the Sommelier was very knowledgeable and engaging when explaining the wine making process. But we were disappointed that we could not ship less than 6 bottles home.
We were initially very disappointed not to do this tour at a vineyard. But Fiore's good humor; his simplification of this complex world allowed us to understand the importance of each decision and each process - in short, this fragile balance between nature and wine - and his ability to connect our group quickly made it a success in every way. The place itself (at the top of Montepulciano) is worth a visit with all its history and mysteries.
This was a great tour and tasting experience. When you first walk into the shop, it’s very small, but then you go down two stories to where the age the wine and you do the tasting. Luigi was very informative and helpful when asking questions. The wines were very good – this is definitely a hidden gem! Is a little difficult to find, but it is worth it
We’ve done a fair few wine tours and this one was especially interesting. The underground cellars are unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and learning their 500+ year history was extremely cool. I cannot recommend this tour enough!
