This was our first time in Jamaica and first use of Viator there. We booked the trip through the website with Louis - easy and straightforward forward. The communication was on point - we knew when and where we will be picked up. Our driver Ricardo was wonderful- met us right outside the airport exit with a sign. Ricardo drove safely and told us about the places we were passing, the culture, and various food spots. He answered our questions and had an ease about him that made us instantly comfortable.

I would not recommend. Although Sean himself was great to deal with the driver on the return trip tried to steal money from me and also the car was not great no aircon and definitely not what I thought I was booking: the car that picked us up from the airport was much better.
Sorry about your experience which was a misunderstanding, I have spoken to the driver and he said after waiting 45 minutes after your scheduled pick up time you requested for the windows to be rolled down to which the AC had to be turned off, (dishonest) you only booked for 2 adults and you had 2 children with you which would attract a extra cost for both (no extra charge was made to you) but you only mentioned 1 child the day before you travelled, you also wanted to go off route to shopping to which you was already running 45 minutes behind time, at the airport you had a $5000JA note to which you wanted change and he didn't have any change I am sorry about all the misunderstanding and hope you will have a better experience next time a d better communication with your booking and request.
Ricardo was great! He picked us up from the airport and was very punctual and professional. We even left our phone and he was happy to take us back to get it, which we did and it was relocated.

Sean is a total professional. If he says you’re on the calendar, you’re all set. Both he and our driver from MoBay were courteous, prompt, and dependable, and unlike some drivers I’ve used in the past, they drove safely. On our way back to the airport Sean stopped so I could pick up patties in Lucea, and he went above and beyond to exchange my US dollars into JA dollars so I wouldn’t get ripped off on the exchange rate, and then after I went inside he ran in after me to make sure I didn’t have any trouble at the counter. (And yes, you can get on the plane with patties!) As if this were not enough, I had checked out the prices from quite a few other companies, and he he had the best fares - $110 RT for the two of us. Considering the price of gas these days, be sure to tip generously. There’s really nothing more one could ask for in terms of a safe and reliable transfer. I highly recommend him.
