Upon arrival at Sangster International Airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name for easy identification. After clearing immigration and customs, proceed to the main exit where your driver will greet you and assist with your luggage. Please provide your flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival time) at the time of booking so we can track your flight and adjust for any delays. Complimentary wait time is included to ensure a smooth pickup experience. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, contact information will be provided on your booking confirmation for immediate assistance. For hotel pickups, please be ready in the lobby at your scheduled time. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes prior to departure for a timely transfer. Optional stops (food, drinks, or ATM) can be arranged upon request.

Our guide really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time and it showed from start to finish He struck that rare balance of being super knowledgeable without sounding like a script, and friendly without being overbearing You could tell he genuinely cared about the experience we were having He was incredibly attentive to the groups vibe He also gave great food recommendations (not the touristy kind), and those ended up being some of the best parts of the trip Overall he made the experience feel personal rather than generic which is exactly what you hope for in a guide Definitely someone I’d recommend to friends.
