Mon Chéri Cruises 5 star: Amazing 3 days exploring Halong & Cat Ba island

We had such an exceptional time on this cruise. The boat itself was stunning, and it was a seamless flow from start to finish. All the staff were incredible and so friendly. Special shoutout to Ely who was so attentive to my dairy allergy and put extra care into letting me and the other staff know what I couldn’t eat, which I appreciated so much. There was great communication leading up to the cruise as well. The tours were wonderful and we enjoyed every second. I spent weeks looking for the perfect Ha Long Bay cruise and I’m so happy I chose Mon Cheri.

So much of this experience was magnificent. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. The activities were very enjoyable and well spaced out to not feel overly rushed but also kept the day moving along well. Our server, Jennie, was very kind and attentive. She made everything better and easier for us. All of the tours were well done. The water was so warm and nice. The only blemish is the amount of rubbish in the bay overall. Definitely not something to blame on this cruise but it would be nice to see a little more effort spent to clean it up. All in all, the experience was a 9/10 for me. I will definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who asks about a bay cruise here in Vietnam.

The boat was amazing , the room was clean and beautiful, the staff took care of everything we needed, Darwin was amazing and helped us a lot.

The service was immaculate, and our dedicated host, Darwin, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout the entire journey. The tour was breathtaking, the crew were incredible, and the food... absolutely amazing! We had an amazing experience on the Mon Cheri Cruise Our waiter was Darwin and he was incredible. He was very understanding towards myself and Jenny especially when we were over fed and hadn't had any more room for food in our little tummy. I have no words other than exceptional service from the crew and most importantly from Darwin 😁

We would definitely recommend the Mon Cheri cruise! The food was good and the service was fantastic! Extra pluses for Alex who consistently provided good service. We also advise the 2 nights to fully enjoy Halong Bay, at 1 night it seems to us all a little too rushed.

Great trip. The rooms were very clean and spacious. So much food and the meals were very high quality. Jennie looked after us very well, and was very friendly. Lots of activities to keep us busy. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Travelled with our 3 teenage children. Good mix of activities and relaxing. We were very well fed, and happy hour on the top deck was a great way to finish the day.

The cruise was sensational! Commencing our days with a slight overcast environment, it was overcome through the smiles of our amazing butler Ben! His constant smile, enthusiasm and eager need to learn the characteristics and values of the guests made for an unforgettable experience. The day trip was wonderful, granting us the opportunity to get our toes sucked by some fishies. Wow, wow, wow. Furthermore, the bike riding enabled us to enjoy the fitness aspect of Vietnam, whilst enduring the luscious heat that could be proven by the sweat that sweeped across our faces But the cherry on top, was the extras. The squid fishing where we caught 22 squid in 12 minutes, putting us into the record books. All thanks to our good friend Leo. His ability to jump into the water and catch the fish, was mint. He had an ability to change from captain, to trainee to chef. Let’s just say he was diverse in this boating experience, incredibly intelligent and well mannered from his Vietnamese parents. Overall, Ben was an amazing host and he gave us an experience that was unforgettable. Must do experience, but only if you have Benny.

The boat was amazing it was very confortable and the staff were very helpful! Andy was very accommodating to all the food needs like not eating seafood and stuff. The smoothies were the best and the seeting area on the third level was a perfect spot to play cards and hangout
