The Town Hall of Modena is one of the most significant buildings in the city and is a collection of historic buildings that have been unified over the centuries. Its origins date back to the Middle Ages, when it was built to house the city’s government institutions.
The Municipal Theater of Modena, built starting in 1841 during the dukedom of Francesco IV, was designed by the architect Francesco Vandelli. After the death of Luciano Pavarotti, the theater was named in his name to honor the memory and exceptional career of the famous tenor from Modena, considered one of the greatest interpreters of opera of the 20th century. The Ducal Palace of Modena is considered one of the first examples of Baroque architecture in Europe and represents a seventeenth-century masterpiece. The Palazzo Ducale in Modena currently houses the Military Academy, so it is not usually accessible for independent visits. Access is permitted exclusively via guided tours and upon reservation. Tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Ticket cost: 10€

AI voices are annoying. The language is monotonous, the pronunciation is often incorrect, the translations are literal - and idioms cannot be translated directly.
It was interesting to download the sites to visit with history of the various places we visited. It was very convenient to do the walk on your own at your own pace and read about the stops. Matteo's research was very informative.
"A truly pleasant experience!" Matteo created a clear, interesting, and curiosity-rich audio guide that allowed us to visit Modena completely independently. Well-organized itinerary, perfect for discovering the city in a day without missing the most important points. Highly recommended!
I thought the Walking Cap Modena Walking Tour was value for money if used to its full potential. It’s an easy way to explore a city at your own pace. I liked that I could play, pause and replay the attraction information. I will use this this type of walking tour again. https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g187803-d28132723-Modena_Walking_Tour_with_Audio_and_Written_Guide_by_a_Local-Modena_Province_of_Mod.html
Simple beautiful tour covers everything you can see of beautiful, interesting and curiosity, leaving time for everything and everyone. We were in 4 families. Thank you.
An alternative to guided tours, easy to enjoy. We used it in two days. I recommend it to those who want to have an experience without too many constraints.
This tour covers most of everything you would like to see in Modena. The best thing is that you can go at your own pace. Would recommend.
Second tour that I was unable to share with my husband, my traveling partner we still do not know how to get the program onto his phone what does buying two tickets mean if only one person can use the device?
audio tour and link did not work. tried to download the audio tour and i was warned not to as it is spam/scam
Ciao Vera, it's a pity to read this review from you since we talked on whatsapp and everything was fine 😒. As I explained to you, the "warning" that you had was simply a message from Viator that was saying "You're Now Leaving Viator's website" 👉🏻 that's it. Unfortunately you left a review right after you read this message and not after my support on whatsapp that helped you to enjoy Modena (as you wrote me after 🥲). I hope that this answer will help other travellers! Walking Cap
