- The Pickup windown is between 12.30 to 1 PM. Therefore, the Passengers are requested to be prepared for the departure within the pickup window. Since it's a shared shuttle, kindly do note that the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes and no refunds will be issued for "no-show" bookings.

I was booked to go on this trip. But it was very wet. So I asked for a refund and they organised it straight away with no problems. What a truly professional company!
Everything worked out fine.From the pickup in Mirissa to the end point in Ella. We were even alone on the ride.
I booked a single seat, but the day before departure, they called to say there weren't enough people, so I had no choice but to pay 21,000 LKR and ride alone. If you're on budget, I think it would be better to consider other options when traveling alone. The taxi provided by the company was very good. The driver was also kind.
Pleasant and safe journey, even if the driver was a little too attached to the phone to watch videos for my taste. In addition, we had booked the ride for at 1 pm and were called the night before that not enough guests had booked for this time and we would therefore have to leave now at 9 am. Again, we were only in the taxi with one other person. So more or less a private ride. You should be aware that times can change last minute and plan accordingly but otherwise everything was great.
The driver was very nice and also drove very well. There was a short problem with the pickup because the driver did not find my hostel, which could be clarified via WhatsApp. All in all very good service and probably not to be undercut by the price:)
