Fast, reliable, comfortable transfer

Excellent private car service from my hotel in Mirissa to Ngombo! I was in a pickle as my prearranged airport transfer fell through the day before I was due to leave and thankfully found this option by Mack Travel. Within several hours of booking (super easy online by Viator) I had a WhatsApp contact and confirmation of the arrangement and they were flexible enough to amend the destination to a Ngombo hotel near the airport as I had many hours before flying out. The driver was professional, arrived early for the pick up, handled my luggage and provided a safe yet faster than anticipated ride to Ngombo (I had to pay the small road toll as a result of such late arrangements). The vehicle itself was well appointed, air conditioned, had tinted side windows and was very comfortable. And value for money - amazing. I highly recommend this service for all requiring transport to the airport from Mirissa!
