The arrangement of this tour was extremely frustrating from the start. I wasn't informed of the pick-up time until early in the morning, which made planning difficult. On top of that, the driver arrived 30 minutes late. After picking me up, we spent another hour or more collecting the rest of the group before finally heading to Miracle Garden. I was told we would be picked up from Miracle Garden, dropped back at the hotel, and then picked up again to go to Global Village. However, Miracle Garden and Global Village are only about 15 minutes apart by car. Instead of going directly, we had to go through the long process of dropping everyone off at different hotels and then picking everyone up again. It felt like a huge and unnecessary waste of time. Once I realized this was the plan, I decided to cancel the rest of the tour and requested a refund. The tour coordinator promised a 40% refund — even though by that point I had only used a one-way transfer and the Miracle Garden ticket — but to date I have not received any formal confirmation or update. I waited patiently before writing this review, hoping the company would follow through and show this wasn’t a scam, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened. Overall, this experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this tour company. In reality, all they provided were basic transfer services and attraction tickets — there was no tour guide, only a driver. Taking a regular local taxi (not Uber) would have cost about the same, while being much faster and far more convenient.

It was a great experience. The garden is enormous. Pickup and drop was by 360 adventure and the guy name is Manjinder. He was so welcoming and took care of every requirement.

Fabulous trip. Thank you to our guide Ibrahim who made us feel very welcome and could not have done more to make our trip a special experience. He was wonderful.
