This tour will explore Hilton Head Island from the water. Drive your own mini boat as our local guide tells you about the Hilton Head history and the ecosystem. Chances of spotting wildlife such as egret, osprey, pelican or dolphin is also a possibility on this exciting tour.
The tour will make a 20–30 minute stop at Disappearing Island, an island only accessible at low tide and known for its shells, starfish, & sand dollars! Explore this beautiful and secluded island that's only accessible by boat. This is sure to be a highlight of your vacation.
You will pass by the famous red and white Harbourtown lighthouse, constructed in the late 1960's and early 1970's. This was built as a tourist attract to draw people to visit Hilton Head Island.
You will also pass by the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links which hosts the PGA Heritage Golf Tournament every year in April.
Along the way, you'll see Daufuskie Island, which is beloved by many for its rustic and old world charm. Only accessible by boat, many people like to visit Daufuskie Island for the day for a bite to eat or to explore by golf cart.

Such a fun experience to be on our own mini boat! We had some trouble with the first boat but they stayed with us and had someone bring out a new one to switch out. They did everything right and we had a blast!!
Amazing excursion to disappearance island and watching dolphins play. Captain Kate and Wendy were wonderful hosts! We will be back for more.
Great experience with Mason and Bucky as our guides on mini boats to the disappearing island. The wall from the boats to the island is a workout but worth it.
The title says tour, what it really is is just a pretty cool ride to disappearing island. Getting to drive your own boat with a few people was much nicer than the big boats.

Our family enjoyed getting to drive our own mini boat, alongside a group to disappearing island. We went at 9am and saw dolphins, starfish, jellyfish, sand dollars, and some small shells for the taking. There aren’t a lot of shells but saw sea life we don’t typically get to see! Our guides were knowledgeable and nice. Very pleasant experience and would do it again!
The mini boat was a blast to operate. Thomas and Thomas were great tour guides and we appreciated their guidance and insight during our tour. Weather was great and saw some neat sea life at disappearing island.
