Milan Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Four Routes

I have done many hop-on, hop-off buses across the world. This one left me uninspired. I only did one of the four offered routes (which is amazing to offer that variety). It was really difficult to hear the narration through only one working earbud of the headphones and the entire tour was kind of "blah." I was really disappointed. Felt like a slow drive around downtown with lots of traffic light stops and it didn't help that the temperature that day was 98 degrees F /37 C. Not sure what to recommend for improvements (other than the sound system) because it could have been the city that was not as interesting to explore as other cities.

Great way to cover a lot more of Milan, and we really enjoyed the different routes depending on your interests.

Great way to see the city with the perfect range of different routes to choose from. Would recommend to anyone who needs to quickly familiarise themselves during a short city visit.

We found the app unreliable, as it crashed several times. It was also difficult to locate some stops, especially near San Siro Stadium, where the signage was unclear. The bus was very crowded and quite hot, making it difficult to enjoy the upper deck. Overall, we don’t think the hop-on hop-off bus offers good value for money. Milan’s public transport is excellent, with easy tap-in/tap-out payment and the freedom to get on and off wherever you like. If you’re comfortable using public transport, we would definitely recommend that instead.

They would not use my confirmation number, nor my booking number in order to allow me access onto there. When I took a photograph of the person who denied me and her boss, they then wanted me to delete that from my phone or refused to put me back on the bus because she had separated me from the rest of my family! He was equally unhelpful. I will never take this again and I have used this so many times in the past.

Was unable to use it yesterday can it be used today?

We were touring Italy and only stopped in Milan on our way from Venice to Cinque Terre. This tour provided the perfect taste of Milan. If we were staying longer, we would have hopped off at more stops, but the Milan Duomo is magnificent and definitely the crown jewel of the city!

To be considered as an alternative for various trips. I bought a ticket valid for 48 hours. It connects various points of the city well and offers various views.

Great experience. But had no bus after 610 pm to take us home. As waiting for the bus for the different routes took a long time.

This is a great way to get around Milan. We were here during the heat wave so the upstairs seating was hot. Inside had ac which was a relief. As long as you pay attention to the signs it’s very easy.
