- This tour is not recommended for people with limited mobility. While the Cathedral floor is easily accessible, the weekly Chapel, the Baptistery of St. Stephen, the Scurolo (darkroom) and the Crypt of St. Charles cannot be easily reached due to stairs. Additionally, people with reduced mobility can only reach the first terrace
- In the rare case of excessively bad weather, the terrace may be closed for safety reasons; in this case, your ticket will be refunded
- The Duomo Museum is closed on Wednesdays
- No medical restrictions

We had a little bit of confusion on meeting our guide as Viator showed that it was inside the Duomo. After a stressful hour the guard at the Duomo was amazing and granted us access inside! Then finally we were able to connect with Deborah on the phone and back out we went and had our minds blown completely. Deborah’s knowledge and passion for the Duomo was very clear and made the experience 5 star worthy.
The rooftop is spectacular and the explanation of how duomo was built and is maintained. Marco could answer all our questions. Highlight of the inside was the brass strip in the floor which is used as a solar clock.
