Enjoyable and entertaining. Alfredo is obviously skilled and was always encouraging and very clear in his direction. And cooking with others was fun - loved that part of our class had never heard of lemon zest. We will definitely be making pasta and pesto at home.
Fabrizio and Alfredo were our instructors for the pizza and gelato class. They were wonderful. The experience was one of the highlights of our trip!

What an amazing night! Frabrizio and Matteo were the best chefs. Our party of 9 had so much fun. We did the pizza and gelato making. We had 2 families and the kids ranged from 16-11. It was so fun and such a memorable experience. The food we made was delicious. The experience was very interactive. We all laughed and learned so much. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
