Be aware of this tour Company! I booked & fully paid months in advance for their night tour by car. It is extremely disappointing that I will not get to go as apparently they no longer are doing this tour. I believe had I not approached them due to printing my voucher difficulties they probably just wouldn't have turned up. The reply to the message I sent them was very brief not even an apology just, it was unfortunate they won't be doing that tour. They didn't even advise they would process a refund my booking suddenly just appeared as cancelled. Very unprofessional... Well thank you for the warm welcome to Milan!.
Dear Sirs, the tour you have booked is no more available for internal company managing: your booking is not today but in two months in the future, you have all the time to book another tour. We did not welcome you because you will be here in Milan in the future, not today. Your booking will be fully refunded in 48 hours, which is the problem?
Giorgio was really a fun and experienced guide. He explained everything to our tired souls in a very entertaining way. Really should try this tour.
