Dirty small run down car and disorganized Pick Up and drop off. Three people squished in the back seat. Smelly car. Got to my room two hours later partly due to a strike and rain storm. Guide said no one gave her a tip and the reason she came was for the tips because it was a last minute switch. The Lucha should only be one hour. Two hours is too long. Stairs to go Up only/no elevator and they are steep. You need to climb over 50 to Get yo the cemented blocks of seats. Don’t go If you are older you could easily fall down as there is basically nothing you can grab on too. Dirty bathrooms. If you do t speak Spanish you will not feel a part of the experience.
Picked us up right on time and brought us to the arena. There is a great vibe at these events- a great beer garden just outside the arena too. Great experience all around.
It’s a laugh, if you understand some Spanish it helps, especially a few swear words. Smooth pick up/return to hotel. Guided seamlessly through the crowds to our seats, or merchandise purchasing etc.
The venue an actual event was great. Via tour, just charges extra and added a third party, which was very unnecessary. It's just by tickets and go on your own. This is not worth it uber. Transportation was an issue. They will not pick you up outside one mile of your hotel
Everything was easy, excellent communication, transport was punctual and very friendly. Person who attended the group very friendly and helpful. And at the end of the show he worried about everything to return to our hotel without any problems. Name Santiago Thank you very much for your attention
It was interesting. I thought someone would be explaining what was going on. It would have been better with explanations
The Lucha Libre in Mexico City was an exciting experience, but in my case, hotel pickup was not possible because I was housed in the city center near the cathedral. The title of the tour therefore seems a bit misleading, as not every participant is picked up. For me, however, the pick-up was an important aspect, as I don’t know the city well at night and wanted to get safely to the arena. Also, this explains the price of the booking – otherwise I could have just taken a taxi. Another reason is that tickets are only available through Ticketmaster, and without a working SIM card, confirming the account is difficult. I didn't want to pay roaming fees. Finally, I walked about 37 minutes from the hotel to the Mexico Arena – on busy roads – and nothing happened to me. If you are careful, you can also arrive on foot or by taxi. For fights that do not take place on a Friday, tickets can also be purchased directly on site. There are also retailers offering seats, but at significantly higher prices (up to three times). Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a wrestling fan himself. He knew almost all the participants and their masks. I particularly liked the fact that he not only handed us the tickets, but also accompanied us to the square. We sat in row 21 with a good view of the grandstand. He explained the individual fights and the rules, which was helpful as the announcements are only in Spanish. In the end, I was organized an Uber taxi back to the hotel. Conclusion: Those who dare to buy the tickets themselves on site and organise arrival and departure by taxi are significantly cheaper on the road. For me the tour was fine as I had booked everything safely and didn't have to worry about anything. It was only surprising that the hotel pickup did not take place.
This was an experience!!! We were greeted by our driver who explained to us the importance and uniqueness of the match we were about to witness. I’m so glad he did because it made the experience that much more special and memorable!!! He even gave us a little extra time after the match so we could buy a souvenir.
Paid 2400 MXN for 2 tickets (original price 150 MXN each). - no transportation (meeting point in a shady area right next to the arena) - no information - no reaction on a kind request for a partly refund. Also no help from Viator at all. Fells like theft to pay 8x the ticket price for NOTHING more than the tickets. Book an actual tour or just buy the tickets online
Hello, the offered of the transportation was made to you, you didn't accept cuz you said you already walking to the area, and also was a complication due to your last minute reservation as the guide explain to you, the price was hire due to was a sold out event. Sorry for all the inconvenience this may present to you, hope next time you can have a better experience.
Yamel was great - he was very communicative, picked us up and helped navigate Lucha Libre. It was so much fun!
