Hyderabad is a gem!

Srinu was an excellent guide, embodying the spirit of hospitality, deep knowledge and genuine passion for his country and his work. He accommodated all our requests where he could, and his recommendations were always spot on. Highlight was the behind the scenes access to Nirmah bakery for irani chai and osmania biscuits. Above all, interacting with him always felt warm, kind and genuine. This made our trip that extra special.

Fantastic experience in Hyderabad!

Srinu was fantastic. He had a lot of connections with the locals and was able to give us a very special experience, showing us the insides of famous bakeries and special VIP exits at certain places for our convenience because we were rushing for time! He is great at telling stories too, about their national heritage! We are engaging him again when we are back in Hyderabad.

Highly recommend this tour !

I booked the Mesmerizing Historical Tour and had a wonderful experience. The tour was very well organized, and Mr. Srini was extremely knowledgeable. He had great contacts at monuments, cafés, and local shops, which made the experience even better. He also helped us while shopping in the bazaar for bangles and other local items. Overall, it was an excellent tour, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience. A truly first-hand experience worth having.

Not worth it

He asked additional fee to send me to the airport after the tour and it was first time in my experiences. And I didn’t get enough explanation about spots we visited. He obviously seemed to work only for money.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the airport transfer, the additional charge was for an extra service beyond the tour itinerary, as the airport is located approximately 40 km away and required a separate one-way transfer. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated in advance. As for the explanations during the tour, I always try to provide information and tailor the experience to my guests' interests, but I regret that you felt the information provided was insufficient. I appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration to improve my services. Could you please share your name and date of travel so that I can look into the details of your booking? Thank you for traveling with me, and I wish you all the best in your future journeys. Regards Hyderabad by locals +918919222247

Great guide and interesting sites

We went to a variety of places that were interesting. I told the guide that I was interested in birds and he turned out to be very good at spotting them. To top it off at the end we stopped by the side some treed with very large bats. The bats actually had nice faces that looked like small dogs. The guide was very caring and protective and very flexible to what I asked. However, I asked to shop for simple cotton pijamas for my wife and he took me to a very expensive shop where I experienced very high sales pressure. We ran out of time and were not able to see all the expected sites so we had to take pictures from the road. Most importantly a beautiful white marble temple, but I got to see it before dinner because my wife’s coworkers took us there before dinner.

Operator response

Dear Gabriel, Thank you very much for your detailed review and for sharing your experience. I am delighted to know that you enjoyed the variety of places we visited and that we were able to find many birds along the way. I am especially happy that you enjoyed seeing the large fruit bats, which are indeed fascinating creatures. It is wonderful to hear that you appreciated my care, flexibility, and efforts to make the tour enjoyable. At the same time, I sincerely apologize that the shopping experience did not meet your expectations. My intention was only to offer a place known for quality products, and I regret that you felt uncomfortable with the sales pressure. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. Your comments are very helpful, and I will certainly keep them in mind to improve future experiences for my guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on another journey. Warm regards, Regards Hyderabad By Locals +918919222247
