We learned so much on this tour. Our tour guide, David, was full of knowledge and had such interesting ways of connecting the past to the present. Highly recommend this tour and the Choco story. I’ll forever be craving Mayan chocolate.
Excellent tour. Fascinating history of the Mayan ruins. Interesting chocolate museum with cute monkeys and a jaguar! Very hot to walk around, so bring plenty of water. Lunch was good, if a bit late, and I loved swimming in the Cenote at the end. Just cold enough to be refreshing. would recommend.
It is an extensive site, it has amazing ruins and still excavating. The guide Alberto is very knowledgeable. Alberto has personal knowledge of the Mayan culture.
We toured Uxmal and a cenote south of Merida. The experience was very enjoyable. Our guide, Wilbur, and driver, Martin, were superb. My wife and I had difficulty in finding the rendezvous due a map error, but Wilbur and Martin quickly found us and picked us up. Wilbur was very knowledgeable of the history of Uxmal and Kabah. Both, he and Martin made us feel safe on the entire tour. So , I highly recommend this tour company and especially that team.
Viator should make it more clear that we could be picked up from our hotel without going to the bread studio.
