Big thank you to Andrew, who gave us the best experience. We learned so much about Melbourne's history, coffee and the different beans and ways to celebrate coffee in Australia. Along with many restaurant, coffee and bar recommendations in the city was it the perfect start for our Melbourne stay. Thanks!
Hi! Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that Andrew provided such a fantastic introduction to Melbourne. It is great that you enjoyed diving into our city’s rich history and, of course, our obsession with coffee beans and brewing styles! We take our coffee culture very seriously here, and we’re glad Andrew’s recommendations are already helping you navigate our best bars and restaurants. It really is the perfect way to kick off a Melbourne adventure. Enjoy the rest of your stay in 2026—we hope you find some new favorite spots among those suggestions
My wife and I did this tour and loved it. The group is small so everyone can fit in the cafes we visited for the various type of coffees provided as part of the tour. The tour is informative in many ways - the various flavours and notes of different coffees, the history of Melbourne's CBD and various arcades. and history of coffee in Australia. Highly recommended, even to those who are already familiar with coffee as a whole, which is most Australians, and for overseas tourists to get an understanding of the level that coffee culture plays in Melbourne - one of the main coffee capitals of the worlds
Thank you for the fantastic review! We are delighted that you and your wife loved the tour. We specifically designed our tours to keep groups small so everyone can comfortably enjoy the atmosphere of our unique cafes. We’re thrilled you appreciated the deep dive into the different coffee flavors, the rich history of Melbourne’s CBD and arcades, and the background of Australia’s coffee culture. Your endorsement is highly valued, especially your point that even coffee aficionados or Melburnians can learn something new! We hope you’ll join us again soon.

We did this tour on a Saturday morning. Great way to explore some of the best coffee spots in Melbourne and some of the hidden gems in the city. Our guide Andrew had great insight and stories to share. An ideal tour of you are visiting Melbourne or a local. Highly recommend.
Andrew is terrific and very knowledgeable. A great walk around Melbourne CBD and some interesting coffee. Highly recommended.
This was a great tour! Melbourne is obviously famous for its coffee but could be overwhelming to try find the best yourself. So do this tour. Our guide Andrew was excellent. Insightful and engaging, really knows his stuff with lots of great coffee stories and some fun Melbourne anecdotes too. Highly recommend this if you like coffee obviously but if you don’t this would probably convert you!
A marvelous tour for a coffee lover who visits Melbourne regularly. With a myriad of coffee bars & cafes in Melbourne, how does one start to differentiate & choose which venue for one’s morning coffee or three? Monique, our guide, treated our tour group of 8 to 4-5 different coffee establishments in Melbourne’s laneways. We were given an informal history of Melbourne’s coffee culture, history of coffee & essentials pertaining to the appreciation of one’s ’cuppa Joe’ whether it be espresso, black or with milk/mylk & filter coffee. Tasting, comparing & discussing was illuminating for us all. Monique also mentioned numerous venues which we did not visit on the tour. The baristas at the chosen cafes were skilled & happy to offer samples or cups of coffee as predetermined by Monique. Thank you Monique; I also liked the way you drew out the experiences & preferences of the guests on the tour; it all added to our appreciation of this wonderful & complex world wide popular drink.
