Meet the Sea: Family Boat trip to Conillera island
Description
Hop aboard our beloved boat "Brisa III" and explore Ibiza’s marine life in a entertaining and educational way! We depart at 9:30 AM from San Antonio de Portmany. Be at the meeting point (Palapa Ibiza Restaurant) at least 15 minutes early. Our team will meet you there and escort you to the boat, just 25 meters away. We sail to the nature reserve of Sa Conillera, passing the beautiful bays of Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Port des Torrent. Trip highlights: 1. Live presentation Learn about marine species and their role in the Balearic Sea. 2. Guided snorkeling & paddle surfing For all ages, no certification needed. Floating gear provided. STCW-certified crew. 3. Paella cooked onboard Watch our chef prepare chicken & pork paella. Vegetarian option available. No fish or bones. 4. Treasure hunt with Pirate Kids hunt for treasure while adults swim, paddle surf, or enjoy a drink at the bar. On the way back to San Antoni, kids get coloring materials to finish this unforgettable adventure.

At 9:30 AM, we will set course for the Sa Conillera nature reserve. Along the way, we’ll cruise past the stunning bays of Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, and Port des Torrent. During the trip, an educational and entertaining onboard presentation will introduce the species we may encounter and their importance to the Balearic Sea. Once we arrive at Sa Conillera, the guided snorkeling tour—designed by a marine biologist—will begin in small groups. For lunch, our chef will prepare a delicious chicken and pork paella onboard, followed by a treasure hunt for the children. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy paddle surfing, take a refreshing swim, or relax with a drink from the bar. On the return journey to San Antonio, children will receive coloring and drawing materials to end this unforgettable family adventure.
We’ll pick up the last passengers at the water taxi stop, and from there, head to the nature reserve.
On our way to the Natural reserve and wild island of Conillera we will see the famous beach of Cala Bassa.
The beach of cala Comte, known for its spectacular turquoise waters and beach clubs can be seen from our boat and is a highlight of our trip

Just had to pop on here to do quick review of the Meet the Sea family boat trip. If you have been debating booking this - do it! It was brilliant! Greg and his team are so knowledgeable and friendly. I went with my 8 yr old daughter and she loved it. The snorkelling was so much fun and we saw lots of sea life and really enjoyed using the paddle boats da and jumping off the boat. The onboard chef (Carlos - I think) cooked a delicious paella with chicken and pork. I doubted if my daughter who is a fussy eater would eat this but she loved it. All in all a brilliant boat trip and we are so glad we went!

A wonderful family experience. Educational too. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Greg and his team have been awesome. Greg and his team are second to none. You can see he has a true passion for what he does. I don’t think he would call it work. I can’t speak anymore highly for the whole experience. Boat is a great size to enjoy too. Great for family’s but also I can imagine it would be a great private boat for sunset. We have recommended to friends and family already.

Pick up was great and on time, from the minute we got on board Greg and the crew made us feel so welcomeand relaxed the talk on the way out was very educational but delivered in a fun way for kids. We all loved the snorkelling tour Greg did with no more than 10 out at a time so everyone got the same experience and didn’t feel rushed or too many people and free time to use the paddle boards, snorkel and just to enjoy the surroundings. Food was great and my son enjoyed the treasure hunt Carlos did with the kids. 4 hour trip was just perfect as the kids could have got bored if it was any longer, would definitely recommend this trip. You could see see the crew love what they do. My 10yr old absolutely loved it from start to finish and felt very safe in the sea - in fact Greg gets in the water before anyone to make sure he is happy before anyone gets in. If we return to Ibiza we would definitely meet the sea and the team again! Thanks for a great trip and for reminding me to bring towels!

We cannot recommend Meet the Sea highly enough - by far, the absolute highlight of our holiday. Greg is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and he even rescued my sunglasses when they fell into the sea (sorry, and thank you again). My 10yo had the best time, he snorkeled, jumped off the boat, helped Carlos make the incredible paella - for him, it was an unforgettable experience. My 4yo was a little bit nervous but the team on board were so great with him, we managed to get him on a paddle board, in the sea, feeding fish, and he even got to toot the horn on the boat. For anyone thinking about it, I'd say don't hesitate, just book the trip. Thank you Greg and team, you are brilliant!

We really enjoyed our boat trip last week! Fab time was had by all. It was very clear from the start how passionate Greg was about what he does. It was great seeing the children so involved! We all learnt lots and we were so thrilled to see two star fish! Would 100% recommend to others.

We had the best time! We met at the port for 9:30 am and didn’t get back till around 2:30pm. We decided to book this tour as it’s kid friendly. Myself, husband and our 6 month old baby. She couldn’t join in the sea as was too small but she still loved it. There is plenty of shade for prams. Myself and husband took it in turns to join in on the tour, if not on the tour there was paddle boards to play with and can self snorkel around. All staff incredibly friendly and paella was delicious. Would defiantly recommend!

We all had an amazing time (2 adults, 13 Yr old and 8 Yr old) Greg and team were so lovely and put us all at ease. We are so glad we booked and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island and wants to snorkel in a fun and safe environment! 10/10 its deffo worth it!

Absolutely brilliant trip. Just 3 families on board so plenty of space to move around and Greg and the crew were amazing with everyone, Greg took anyone that wanted to go out snorkeling and showed them the reef. We tried paddle boarding and that was great fun. Paella was amazing. All in all a massive hit with our family. Definitely recommend.
