Yaki and her crew were amazing! They were so kind, friendly and helpful every step of the way. They care about your safety and encourage everyone to have fun. The entire staff from the activity guides to the shop and bar staff are energetic and personable. Would recommend this tour for anyone from teenagers to older adults. Even our driver was nice. Only thing I recommend is having a snack for the ride, especially if you're first for pickup, as others who have booked the tour must also be picked up. Bring water shoes, a bandana (to cover your mouth), sun glasses and bug spray. They do have a shop in case you need any supplies.
