Have you ever dreamed about swimming with wild dolphins in Mauritius? This economical option includes a morning swimming experience with wild dolphins and a pick-up and drop off in a taxi or minibus from your hotel, B&B or apartment. If you're looking for a more intimate experience, we offer this excursion on a Private basis as well (you can choose Shared or Private when you book). Note that our hotel pickup and dropoff is Private for both the Shared and Private excursions.

Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up at all hotels, B&Bs, apartments on the island. Please let us know which hotel, B&B or apartment you're staying at. Note that this excursion starts at 7:30am on the west coast of the island. Your exact pickup time will depend on which hotel you're staying at, but will typically be between 5:30am and 7am. Your exact pickup time will be sent to you upon booking.

I booked the trip which included Dolphins & Mauritius Volcanic Wonders Tour: Dormant Volcano, Crater Lake, Gorges, Waterfalls, 7-Coloured Earth . 1. First of all they sent one person with his personal car for the tour, when the person doesn't know anybody of Bonjour Mauritius. 2.Tour included 7 coloured earth. But you have to pay separately 750 MUR per person at the gate of chamarel 7 coloured earth. Otherwise you have to see the gate only. Itinerary showed 7 coloured earth means gate of the place. You are not allowed to see what is there inside. The driver cum guide expressed his inability to do anything because he was instructed in that way. This broker must mention that the amount received for the tour includes all fees or entry fees to be paid separately. 3. They don't even provide a small bottle of water in the entire tour. They are simply a broker. Tripadvisor must take care of this low graded tour agency before recommending them on their website. It's my wise advice to all tourists going to mauritius, please don't book with this agency. They don't have any infrastructure. Probably a pen and paper company taking reservations only to sublet the local guys.

The entrance charge is not included in the tour price and this information is communicated both on the product page and by email before the tour. We understand that this may have caused frustration at the gate, but the driver was following the tour inclusions as listed and confirmed in advance. Lots of spinner dolphins as predicted. unfortunately the sea was cloudy from a recent series of waves so it was easier to see the dolphins from on the boat.

Recommend but not this tour, to many people and it was like a herd of people at once. Did see dolphins which was super cool, even babies.

Super good excursion! Fantastic nice drive there! With a great driver! Liked the guys on the boat a lot! Was above all very nice that one came with me in the water! Also appreciated that they had such a nice respect for the animals!

A very well organized activity. The people very nice and it was a lot of fun. Care was also taken not to disturb the animals.

There were many boats, but the captain was always careful not to stress the animals unnecessarily. On the way back, we even saw dolphins jumping and playing. The crew was super friendly and also provided us with information about the dlophins. We were then allowed to snorkel for 15 minutes in a nearby reef. The pick-up also worked very well.

beautiful adventure , everything was perfect from the pick-up to the return, we could observe the dolphins many times. The crew was friendly and dedicated. Our taxi driver for the transfer is a very nice and professional person.

Swimming with dolphins in freedom was an incredible experience. We were able to be very close to them—they were passing underneath, next to us—something really magical. The less positive part is that in that area, where dolphins come to rest, too many boats coincide (in our case 6 or 7), with between 5 and 10 people each entering the water at the same time, which can certainly be annoying for the animals. Bottom line: a unique experience, but one that should be organized more carefully so as not to invade the dolphins so much.
